I recharged Rs. 350 on the wrong UPI account (billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank) of Tata Sky on 02.04.2020 with transaction number[protected], which is not credited to my Tata Sky Subscriber ID. Have you received your money back
I have recharged Rs.177.45 by Paytm UPI through barcode which was shown on TV on 9 September 2021 at 10:17 AM. My money is deducted from my account and it has been received on
( billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank ) but amount is not reflected on my Tata sky account.
Either recharge my Tata sky account or give back my money.

I have recharged of Rs 551 on billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank and amount was not credited to my Tata Sky Subscriber ID. Therefore, you are requested to please deposit the amount of Rs. 551 again in my account.

Tata sky said they haven't received the payment where my bank confirms payment is given to them.
Looking at the upi transaction it says clearly paid to
"billdeskbqr. [protected]@hdfcbank".
And the payment has been received by tata sky com.
