Sir, my niece (VIVEK KUMAR) come in my PAN card from NSDL PAN DEPARTMENT delivery boy hiis not toll me har name (contact no [protected])talked my niece on 1 march 2015 approx at 4:35 pm at that time I AM IN was in office, she told him to deliver the PAN card at home (address was already mentioned in packet).i am also guided him the way to home but he wont do that instead he was talking rubbish to take delivery from somewhere in 2-3 street far away which is 2-3 street away.How this can be possible for us to take delivery from there I want legal and strict action against that fellow. I also want a written reply regarding your action against my complaint, or I have approach consumer court but I want him punished at any cost for what he had done.
