Can you please let me know why "defence colony, phulwaria cantt, varanasi" is marked as "prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery"?? My shipment is held at this status from past 10 days. If you can not deliver please let me know the reason and give me the address from where i can collect my shipment. This is really unfortunate that you can deliver to a simple location of varanasi where every product from amazon, flipkart, paytm is being delivered frequently.
