Blue Dart Express — The incompetence of the aizawl blue dart branch | |||||
Hello there. I am a resident of aizawl mizoram in the northeast of india and i have a complaint against your branch in aizawl. The people who work there have refused to deliver our products to us even though we are charged for home delivery. As soon as our parcels arrive, mainly from sites like snapdeal, jabong, myntra, etc they send us a message in mizo telling us to collect the parcel within a day or so or else our products will be sent back. They have claimed our area is not under their delivery area but we are a small community of people and i have been enquiring around and there are some people who they deliver for in my locality. Besides this is an unfair reason because when we look at products online and we type in our pincode it would show that we are within the deliver area so why is it that when the parcels reach us here, we are told that we are not in the deliver area and that we need to pick it up ourselves and when we do go to pick it up we are still charged for the delivery charges. When i asked them the reason they told me that they knew their rights and that they told the bluedart people off. I studied for a number of years in delhi and as students we would not have the best housing location so we were in gulleys where vehicles couldn't enter but even then bluedart would deliver our parcels to us at our doorstep and trust me aizawl is a much easier and smaller town to go around. This issue has been the talk of many people. I have heard rumors of people going to the consumer court about it. Please take action against whoever is working in that office and make them do their jobs with efficiency and integrity. Was this information helpful? | |||||
