As per voc, ordered mi 10400 mah power bank but received mi 2600 mah power bank and I received two power bank of 3000 mah instead of 10400 mah and 2600 mah. I also not received one charger cable also. Even both power banks are not properly working condition.
I request to you please to arrange the collect of power bank and return my money.
I attached herewith the photographs of received two power bank for your reference.
Today (28.12.2015), I received the replacement of the product, When I open the courier. I shocked the product is broken.
So many times I tried to call the company customer care but they are not taking my phone.
I am attaching herewith the three photographs for your reference.
