I bought a mi 10400 power bank, order number [protected]. When I complained about the product through email, they replied that they will help me out within two days, but there was no reply, so I called them, they received my call for first few times and kept on saying that they will solve it out, but since last few days no one is receiving. Seems everyone here is having the same complain.. It's a request to run a investigation on them, and make them pay us back what we paid them. They are running a company with fake products and irresponsible employees.
