I book a power bank of 10400ma on bookmyoffer of order no [protected]. shipped by Ecom Express tracking no[protected]. when am open there is no power bank in the box. i try to contact many time but no reply from there side. am generate return ticket on there support website on 24 nov. Ticket tracking ID: M72-AYH-V44S . but reply from their side till now.

It is not a genuine product so raise one complain against the seller for cheating customer and now i want my money return and take this fake product back. On realizing the fraud I booked my complaint on the website www.support.bookmyoffer.com wide their Tracking No. ZSW-ZZN-6B7Y (Ticket number: 35779) dated 01-12-15 but till date I have not received any response from them even after adding 3 reminders on my compliant. Hi, This is in regards to my order for RayBan sunglasses. I have received this sunglasses in damaged condition and would like to return this product and get my refund as soon as possible. This is really very bad that the sunglass is also not the original one which was mentioned in the offer and that's how we customers place the order. Every product of them are detective and non-working. I and my friend have purchased MI 10800 powerbank with free Samsung power 9000 mah and 1 earphone. All the products (1 MI 10800 MAH powerbank and 2 Samsung 9000 MAH powerbank are defective and not working, even the headphone is not working ) and now the company is claiming that it is an OEM product and doesn't consists guarantee or warantee. Totally fully faltu and frud site I hav evr had, please don't buy anything from dis site, It site doesn't give any warranty, return, replacement, guaranty, bills of products & original quality of d product . It make fool to us by showing lower price but it's realty is it sells fully low & 99th quality products . I got power bank & headphones but don't work at all . I asked to take my money back, But they replied they don't have any facilities .
