This is regarding to the order [protected] which is a ray ban avaitor. the consignment was delivered today i.e 22/11/2015. But the actually date of delivering The product was 16/11/2105.but i didnt complaint any about that but the product which you have send is completely ingenuiene and differ from original product which was showed on your site.This is absolutely rubbish, fraud and utter nonsene thing.i want the genuine product else i want my cash back. I just bought a power bank combo of mi and samsung but they both are fake and china made. I can prove that. I have been constantly contacting to customer care but they are not picking up. I am waiting 2 days more and they i'll file a complaint in consumer forum and also an fir to police about this fraud. I have contacted with their branch too but no response. I will go to court if necessary.

My name is Rehan Chougle, I just bought a new Red Mi 2 from the website. I got the phone without any issues. But since few days the phone has completely stopped working for me.

Today I visited the Mi store at Andheri East Chakala location, and I would love to mention that the people that is Hired at the service centre are.

I was in a hurry to reach work hence I requested the Manager at the store to take my request as one off and submit my phone for repairs.

But the store Manager was arrogant didn't have any manners to talk to the customers.

He was abusive and used foul language.

I told him that he is working for the Company, I bought the phone from, he immediately replied stating that I have not bought the phone from them and that I need to contact the sender from whom I bought the phone from.

I mean how all is that, I enter Red Mi store and the agent says he is not working for Red Mi.

I never expected such kind of service. And I am gonna submit this complaint on Social Media explaining how Red MI really is and will tell everyone never to buy a product from Red Mi.

But they give mi only laptop bag..sunglass..and watch…
