Sir i ordered rayban aviator glasses, addidas3packsocks, hp laptop bag&polo hunter watch in bookmyoffer on 12thoctober with the cost of 2rs and with shipping charges it is 948rs i received this package today on 17thoctober when i recived it i found that all the things are duplicate so i want my money back my order ref no is [protected].please resolve my problem.

I had ordered the Ray Ban Aviator brown online on the bookmyoffer.com under the order no [protected] on dated 8 October 2015 and it has been delivered to me on dated 11 October 2015 but it is found to be the duplicate Ray ban. So regarding this I had submitted the ticket having number QG4-QWX-YAPP on dated 11 October 2015 but still there is no response . So kindly look into the matter and press upon the company to refund my money. I shall be very thankful to you

I orderd a rayban aviator glass from book my offer.com .. when i recieved the item it was fake ... i paid through cash on delievry. coustomer care for book my offer is also fake . i also tried to mail them its is a fake male address..my order number is [protected].. ..now i have no way to get my money back..they are cheater.

I ordered Mi Power Bank 10400 Mah from Bookmyoffer online shopping site, but the product delivered to me is not providing the back up of 10400 Mah, so I tried to call them on customer service but they did not received my call.
So I placed my request for product replacement through Email, but did not received any response from them.
After waiting for 2 days I again tried to contact them and after numerous attempt they received my call and received my complaint regarding faulty product, their customer care personnel told me to wait for 2-3 days and gave me a Complaint Ticket Number- 23835.
After waiting for the said period of 2-3 days I did not receive my response or any information whatsoever from them regarding my complaint.
Now they are neither receiving my call nor replying to my Email and I am unable to contact them.
