Hi, i ordered a combo of Sony Power Bank USB Portable Charger 2800mah, sandisk Memory card 16GB, samsung data cable, sony Earphone.Rs 598 Order no:[protected]. Wbl#[protected]. but received pack of fake products...this is the second time happening... its making us very foolish.. so please exchange the products with original brand products with original quality otherwise i have no choice to consumer court...

and wt i just received was fully damaged products of which i have attached images with the packaging material tht customer service team has wrapped and which was single line plastic wrap...It ws horrible also both the products were fake and of not of original brand
not sure how to deal with this coz i have paid money and now i dont know what to do but i would like to have my money back asap

My self manipal reddy i purchased some electronic items from book my offer while booking website is showed some other brands . when i received the courier i got different product..they cheated me..so i want to raise complaint against that company.company. Pls help me out of this.

I bought hp laptop bag, polo Hunter Watch and aviator from the bookmyoffer website. I ordered 31october and.I got it on 4 November 2015. But it's in low quality and different view when we compare with online image of products which are shown on website of bookmyoffer.I want to return this because I am not satisfy. Purchased mobile battery bank with order : [protected]. After I received it, it was not intact, the USB ports were loose and it does not charge at all. I complained it on email at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and also tried calling their number +91 [protected]. NO one replied on multiple emails and phone never connects.

In facebook ur book my offer price is rupees 1.but in shipping adress ur price is 630, rupees its not fair how it can be. Fraud done using good company brand name.now I tkng strict legal action agnst them.I purchased on 24/10/15 a Samsung power bank 2600 mah model AS91 ref.num [protected] from.bookmyoffer.com claiming that it's a Samsung product at discounted price.when I received the product it looks like duplicate n fake.I then went to authorised Samsung service centre n they given me letter declaring it as fake product using Samsung brand name without any authorisation.

I have ordered a combo of 5 shirts for 950 rs. They sent a 5 trousers which is not worth for 250. Fraud fellows don't cheat people by your fake ad. All are not getting money simply. But you earned easily from them. Sala mother chut. Aise jaan bhachaneka. Jaake thooshre land pakdke kumao.

I booked MI 10400 mAH battery bank from book my offer (Order No [protected] dtd 27.09.2015) as they were giving a very attractive deal for MI 10400mAH battery bank with Samsung 2600 mAH battery bank in Rs. 42/= only and total cost for delivering the items was Rs. 691/= (Cost of Goods Rs. 42/= & Delivery charges Rs. 649/= !!! ) . As I was out of town for one week so my family member received the product on my behalf and paid the courier boy amount Rs. 691/-. Further, after returning back from tour I checked the items and found them in faulty and damaged condition regarding which I send one complain through email dtd 03.10.2015 to customer care but till now no response I received. Also I received 2600mAH Battery bank of PowerBank make not of Samsung make. Moreover, these people are not picking up call on customer care no. provided on their website (CC No. +91-[protected]) and also after 1min hold on call, calls automatically get disconnected everytime. Now, I understood that Book my offer is completely a fake shopping portal which always deliver fake products. They didn't provide me the invoice against my order. I eagerly want to lodge complain against them on consumer forum. I forwarded them my complain regarding the product and requested them to replace the supplied items or refund me. but no response received till now. Samsung products charger, headphone and powerbank received more than a month before is not working. Your bookmyoffer is not responding to the emails sent nearly 6emails sent. Call nearly 100 times but no one are picking the phone. Nobody is responding to the complaints but if you order new product then it is quick. This is cheating cheating. Hope now at least come action will be taken

@Bookmyoffer.com : Congrats for making a fool out of your customers and filling up your pockets with our hard earned money., For sure you guys have earned the dubious distinction of being the biggest fraud in the e commerce sector. Bought a MI and samsung power bank and an earphone combo - out of the three none of the products work.(Although I had to pay the money upfront) Launched a Complain No. : 9466 but all our pleas seems to fall on deaf ears. It's not just me who got fooled by their offer but there are thousands like me. Let's do some maths: Mr. A pays Rs. 700 for a defective product from company Bookmyoffer. India being a country of billions, its easy to get tens of thousands who would get tempted by such lucrative offers and pay the money upfront. Therefore, total profit to the firm = 700*10000= you got to be kidding, its 70, 00, 000. But, the catch, the real scrap price of those 1000's of defective product wont be even Rs. 2, 00, 000. And the worst there are hundreds of products listed so hundred more ways to fool. And the best, when you try to complain or even ask for a replacement you are told that there is no guarantee, warranty, or even replacement for the products. ie. You have no option but to make the payment (Mind you, you just can't open up the pack and have a look at whats inside it) and accept the same defective product. @Bookmyoffer : Don't you think it would have been better if you had just sent me a plastic box and named it as power bank. As per your policy there seems to be no responsibility from your side once the customer has made the payment. Right? #Bookmyoffer_Customers it's high time we unite and take on these people and stop getting fooled. We do deserve to get back our money. Hi, I have ordered Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank from BookMyOffer site. I have received a FAULTY piece which is not working. Its faulty not getting charged. I have written mail to CC care twice about this and they did not even revert back on this.I tried calling many times on the web site's customer care number, which gets cut automatically after 2 mins inspite you select any option. I ordered HP Laptop Bag and Polo Hunter Watch & Aviator and Adidas 3 pcs socks on 12th oct 2015 and received it by COD on 20th oct 2015. but the bag size does not fit to me as it too small to use for a engg. student, i was expecting a big size bag but after seeing the product i was totally taken aback. also the aviator glasses are broken.overall a real bad product and i am totally irritated by such service.i want my refund anyhow condition as early as possible.

Purchased a Mi Bower Bank from this website but when received was in tempered condition it was not working at all, I just raised a call in consumer forum with case No.628163.
