I have ordered for 199 deal (Sony headset / Samsung data cable / sandisk 16gb card) and paid through Icici Net Banking under the order number - [protected]. I was not there at home to collect and courier guy delivered it to my sister stating Cash On Delivery and again got 298rs and i was shocked, called the courier guy, he said we got it as COD only contact bookmyoffer.com. And when I opened the cover I was again shocked to see the items - headset is not Sony some cheap local product that too one side not working and memory card is not sandisk which is some local brand not properly packed and data cable is not Samsung and not at all working... WHAT THE HELL??? CALL ME WITHOUT FAIL ELSE I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT UP TO CONSUMER COURT FOR MISLEADING AND FOR CHARGING TWICE FOR SOME CHEAP PRODUCTS. regards, Aravind [protected]

Dear sir, I have purchased Sandisc Ultra SD 16 GB memory card from Bookmyoffer.com but I received Samsung 16 GB memory card and it is not working in condition. I submitted complaints twice but no respond from customer care of bookmyoffer.com. My order no is [protected].

Myself Manish kumar ordered a Sandisk ultra microSDHC-16gb, Samsung data cable & Sony earphone just rs 199-pack of 3 which ref no. is [protected] on 15/6 2015 and this parcel is deliver on today. When i opened this, i am totally disappointed.. I got only two things which also a wrong things I found in this parcel a breaked SD card of other brand and a data cable of china company and the big fraud is that, there is no sony earphone. This is the big fraud with me. Now i want to fast action on this fraud case otherwise i will go to consumer forum and you will be banned and your contact us service so poor . You may not cheat your customer.

I have plugged the device to the charging adapter for 12hrs and when I started to charge my mobile of 1700 mah it automatically discharged within 10 mins and I tried no. of times but the same issue was occurring again and again. So, I first of all called to customer care of Xiomi MI and from there they told me another story that the product which I have received is fake one, and I got disappointed to know that the product is fake one they also told me that bookmyoffer.com is not the authorized seller of mi 10400 mah power bank. So, I tried to contact bookmyoffer.com with the customer care no. but none of them answered to me, so I also created a ticket at support.bookmyoffer.com with ticket Tracking ID:3G9-T68-6HBA (Ticket number: 2182) about the complaint of my product but many days passed away but none of them replied and I think none of them will reply. So as a last option I'm querying at consumer compliant for the help. You are requested to kindly ask the company to issue me a new one product(original) by replacing the old one or refund me the full amount of 580/- as soon as possible.

I have ordered 16 GB SD card and data cable and ear phone a few days back and i received yesterday but in pack 32 GB damaged card and damaged ear phones are there i tried to use but not working my mobile shoes that damaged sd card is inserted and also ear phone also not recognized please change these items

I have not ordered anything on bookmyoffer.com and yesterday on 3rd July 2105 I received a parcel on my name saying that I have ordered...I was shocked the courier team refused to take back the item and I had to pay the amount for that...I have not at all ordered any thing on this website and they have sent me something...I request them to take back what they have sent and refund my amount as soon as possible...

They nevef pick there call centre no. And once it was picked and a girl agent said that soon product will be replaced and its 20 days now. No response from their side and also no one picks call centre no. Beware of such cheaters I am registering police complaint against them. Pls do not buy anything from that website
