Hi..I am From madurai..I ordered a combo package that contains one 1 16 gb memmory card and one data cable and one sony headset.yesderday i got my package.it contains a samsung dublicate headset instead of sony, and the memory card is damage, and its not working.the package rate is 300..i am so upset..i asking for replacement, they didn't givr responce to my mails..so frnds don't buy anything in this website...its totally fake and dublicate china made products..

    I ordered new samsung power bank, but received the XOLO brand and that too used, just look at the package the way i got it, it is pathetic.

    And I called their customer service number which never works, i created a support ticket also but all went in vain, no one is responding.

          I have ordered the product Sandisk Ultra Micro memory card and Sony earphone and Samsung Data cable pack of rupees 298/-

          After 15 days i have received the order pack, But inside cover i got Sandisk Memory card but different product name. and i have inserted the card into my phone and transfer the 500 MB Data but it will take 4 hours to copy tried with different laptop with card reader also facing the same issue.

          And received Unix ear phone with very dusty except of Sony ear phone, and received normal data cable only.

          i already sent mail to Book my offer compliance team they are not responding and called to compliance team they have raise compliance request still i m not getting response from bookmyoffer.

            It was an waste products website better to close this website for not happening frauds in future.I purchased Samsung 32gb class 10 sd card they sended 4days late by actual delivery time when i opend there was an dummy sd card which was not working.replace the product or return the money

                I had ordered for an Mi 20400 amh power bank and I have received the product. However The Xiaomi official website itself says they do not produce any power banks which is more than 10400 amh. I tried calling the customer service but they are not turning up. Please support me on the issue.
