im not satisfied with you, bcoz i orderd the samsung power bank and the company sended the MI XIAOMI so i want to return it, im trying to send an email but evetytime it showes an error and also calling customer care but they also not respondin as well.This is my humble request to you that plz solve my problem and refund my order amount as soon as possible.Thank you

I bought a product from the website on 5th june which turned out to be a faulty one to which i asked for a refund but the executives said we dont refund the amount "as per the policy" but we can best do is credit that amount in your bookmyoffer wallet but first we will have to raise a ticket for reverse pickup and we will credit your wallet in 24 hrs after we get the product. I have all the proofs. Well if they are so strictly following the policy then their policy also says that the - return of the product will be done in 4 days after the ticket is raised. And its been more than a month still there is no reverse pick up and no credit in my account. Now there is no response from their side. They dont pick up phone nor they replying email. I have spent 600rs and its a loss now. Please help me to get that amout. They are cheaters. Hope you do the needful.

Considering my below order which was delivered today I would like to bring to your notice that the power bank which had reached my destination today was not at all in good condition. It seemed that it is second hand material as whole seemed not to be fitted properly. Moreover the the plastic case which was containing the case was crumbled and destroyed. I have kept the packing for your referral. Also the power bank was not charged and i don't think it is in working condition.

It was the first time that I had the willingness to shop at your site were as there are many online sites which guarantees its customer the satisfaction level .

I will raise this issue to customer complaint cell if my issue is not resolved. Either I seek my money back or else kindly provide me with new Power Bank as mentioned in the trailing order.

Treat this as urgent and on high priority.

I am highly disappointed with the service.

For any contact refer my number given below.

I have sent them mail but no response . The prodcut sold is from Shivam traders itself.

Need the replacement urgently. Otherwise will file a suit.

I have ordered Mi 10400 Mah power bank worth 641 Rs. including delivery charges on 28/07/2015 . I have also got Samsung 2600 mah power bank which was given free with Mi power bank . Both power banks are looks like they are fake. Mi power bank doesn't looks like it has 10400 mah capacity. It charges and discharges very fast so i think it would have very low battery storage capacity. Same problem with Samsung power bank. On 6/8/2015 I have received these power banks and I have tried it but as I had told above it's not working correctly or fake. I am requesting to replace it with the real one or refund...

The aforementioned item was booked on 10/6/15 @ Rs.580/- from www.bookmyoffer.com and the same was delivered by Blue Dart courier on 20/6/15 vide ref.no.[protected]. Immediately on delivery the product appeared to be faulty. However, all efforts were made to check it's genuinity but to no avail. Hence returning the product was decided, Return request was made as per the guideline provided but to no avail. the mobile number provided was also fraudulent ([protected]). Please do the needful. Also this site is duping people by giving advertisement in social networking websites like Facebook (from where I got interested to buy the product).
