I bought a power bank on 12/07/15. It is not giving the battery back up properly. My mobile battery capacity is 1800 mAH. It can't charge my mobile even one time fully. It's charging my mobile upto 60% after that again I have to charge that power bank. Tell me how return this product and refund of money. By Rajesh ([protected])

I received my shipment yesterday but i saw the product was of different brans and damaged, memory card is not working and my power bank is also damaged ... I want my money back or the proper product ... Else I will file cyber crime case according to IT act ... I have ordered products with order number [protected] today I received that products when I see that powerbank it is damaged (Not working and broken ), memory card is damaged(Not even Detecting ) and cable is not able to fit to any computer and and ear phones is also damaged. I want to return all of this combo. And want my money back to me.

Sir I ordered on an offer which gives sony 2800 powerbank and 16 GB sandisk ultra SD card but their is wrong shipment I get Samsung power bank and 8 GB damaged SD card from book my offer I kindly request you to replace these products and refund me also.

i bought power bank MI 10400mah but it's not working properly i have to return this item, am trying to contact customer service department they couldn't pick the call also.i uploaded photo twice in this link but still you are telling something missing. Please take back my parcel and return my amount in the same addres.i contact delivery boy also he told u have to contact customer support but no reply from your side.

As I have ordered sandisk memory card of 16 GB from bookmyoffer.com but they deliver me an duplicate memory card.so i want u take some legal action against them as i have written letter to them, email, even call them but they didn't reply me.so please take legal action against them.thank you

After a long wait of 19 days (Order Number: [protected]), yesterday I got the parcel of the products which I had ordered. But it was shocking to see, the products were not those which I had ordered and not in working condition like, power bank is not working, Memory card was of Samsung 8 GB instead of sandisk 16 GB, Earphones are not of Sony. Find the Attached images of Ordered product & Received product for the same. I would like to return all products and get refund of money in cash, not any BMO credit.

I had ordered a product on June 6th 2015 and it is the 14th of July and I still have not received my product. I ordered a purchase for Sony power bank and SanDisk16 gb memory but I got maxx power local power bank and instead of 16 gb memory card I got local 8 gb memory card. My reference I'd is [protected].I am gonna complaint in police station.

I bought a combo of sandisk ultra microsdhc uhs-1 16gb, samsung data cable and sony earphone just rs.199 pack of 3 for rs 298 last week between 1july to 5july 2015. My order reference number is[protected]When the item is arrived i pay rs 298(cod) for it and when i open the package i am shocked when see the product inside the package. Their is a 3rd grade product which is easy available in local market for rs 150. in place of sandisk ultra microsdhc 16gb card they send china micro sd 8gb which is crroupt, in place of samsung data cable they send local data cable whose cost in local market is rs 10-20 and in place of sony earphone they send lemon earphone. all the product is very cheap in quality. When i want to contact themon their helpline number no one pickup the phone. And hell is this they have not send me the confirmation mail of purchasing order and delivery confirmation.
