With reference to my order Ref#[protected] on 10.06.2015, the aforementioned product is purchased by cash on delivery payment mode and subsequently found faulty. Immediately a complaint was raised via email and it was acknowledged. A centralized complaint link was required to be filled up at- http://support.bookmyoffer.com/ which was met up but to no avail. Also the Helpdesk contact No. [protected] is not responding and always re-directing. Please help get my money back (Rs.580/-). Also the advt in Facebook needs to be stopped immediately. To be specific the device is neither getting charged not it is storing any charges.

Hi, I ordered Sandisk 16GB memory card and Sony 2800 mAH power bank and it took 15 days for them for delivery. I was shocked after opening the parcel. Instead of sandisk 16gb memory card I got 8gb datasky's memory card that too in a 16 gb cover. And instead of sony 2800 mah power bank I received Universal's power bank. Now I am sending mails for return and these guys are not reverting anything for it. Please help.

I ordered Samsung 9000 mAH Power Bank on 26th May 2015. I received it on 31st May 2015. After opening the packing I found that there is only one USB cable included in the box, but as mentioned on packing box it should come with one USB charging cable and one 30 pin connector. I charged power bank to 100% and connected mobile to charge and found that it does not even charge my mobile to 25%. I collected my order yesterday that is ( sony power bank usb portable charger 2800 mah, sandisk memory card 16gb, samsung data cable, sony earphone ). But sandisk memory card is not good. The memory card is not correct it is damaged. Now i want to return the money or replace the memory card as soon as possible.

No. [protected]) for a combo of Sony power bank 2800mah, sandisk memory card of 16gb, Samsung data cable, Sony Earphone but I had got delivery of Maxx power bank of 2600mah, China Earphone, and a local data cable that's all where I should get 4 items I got 3 items and that to not matching to my given order and there is no tele assistance and overall service I got was pathetic.I had mailed them called them but till now I have not got any reply.

respected sir i ordered the combo pack of sandisk 16gb microsd card smasung data cable and sony earphone since 28 june at your site. After the delivery of the roduct i cheaked the order then i found that card is not not 16gb of sandisk it is 8gb local card .also the earphone and data cable is not having that compaines that given in the offer . i want to change or replace my product as well as soon.

This Company is a fraud e-commerce company which never deliver on time. If delivered then the product is a used one and faulty, and they never receive call.
