I ordered a product from Bookmyoffer on 6th of May, 2015 at 12.58 PM. My expecting shipping day on 13th May. But today is 4th Of June. Its really frustrating. I have send a mails, they even not responding my mails or calls. i track the order but they are not mentioned the tracking id or etc. If they don't have a stock please reimburse the amount otherwise ship my order immediately... I had also mail to them so many time but still date I have not received single positive reply from this company. I had also call to their customer care but on the phone they have put a audio and also they are not responding on phone. I have contacted them so many times but they are not responding me either on phone or on mail.

Whenever I call up to there customer care no. It automatically hangs up after 15 seconds. I feel helplessly now what to do . As they have taken money they are least bothered about customer problem .

I ordered a power bank reference number#[protected] i want to bring into your notice that my power bank is defected niether it charge full battery even if plugged in for 4-5 hours or more it always shows low battery signal moreover it charges my phone only for 10 seconds and then it is switched off

I had ordered MI 10400 mAh Power Bank on 26th May 2015. The offer price was Rs. 31 and with shipping cost of Rs. 549, the total was Rs. 580 which was cheaper than other online vendors I had come across. I opted for COD (Cash on Delivery) since I had not read good reviews about this website and I was ordering first time from here. The product arrived at my shipping address and the invoice amount was Rs. 1999. How did Rs. 580 change to Rs. 1999. And how can you expect me to receive the shipment when I had not agreed for that price? I rejected the shipment. Never buy anything from here.
