I ordered Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank ( order no [protected]) on 27/5/15. But till now (9/6/15) there is no update or information regarding my order. I tried customer care but no response. Money has been detected from my account. If the product cant be delivered, refund the amount. Dont do false advt if it is not possible by you (book by offer)

Sir it is defective . i receive it on tuesday 9/6/2015 i check it but hasnot backup of power . i call many times on your customer care and contact to ecom express sri ganganagar but your customer care not recieve my call. plz refund or exchange it quickly within 3-5 days otherwise i refer to consumer court with complete proof and clues.i attach my bill. I ordered 10400 Mah Mi power bank for rupees 580 .But when product arrived it was totally different than what was shown in pics. It was 5200 Mah and that also is not working.I think this company is totally doing fraud and earning lot of fake money. When I am calling their customer care no, no responce.Please help me or catch these fraudies.

Yesterday I received my product from bookmyoffer.com but to my surprise it was a faulty power bank of Samsung and a duplicate one I kept the power bank for charging at least for 5 hours but after that it just charged my phone to 30% .pliz solve this matter and pliz do something to save people from getting cheated from such sites My reference no. This is the way you people are cheating your customers. I had ordered a samsung power bank.. received this is day before yesterday. Look at the condition of the bill and the box of the product. Seal is broken.. the box is torn. I read your policy terms on your website.. please dont accept if the seal is torn. How will i check if the seal is there or not ? You send your parcel totally wrapped in plastic sheet.. and the delivery person will not let you open the box until you pay him. The power bank doesnt work at all.. The product is not original as well. Duplicate stuff.

Hi I had ordered mi power bank 10400 mah from book my offer. The item received had broken case and the power bank batteries were shaking inside.
