I ordered Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank ( order no [protected]) on 27/5/15. But till now (9/6/15) there is no update or information regarding my order. I tried customer care but no response. Money has been detected from my account. If the product cant be delivered, refund the amount. Dont do false advt if it is not possible by you (book by offer)...

I have ordered a power bank i.e..MI POWER BANK 10400MAH.for 580rs...in bookmyoffer.com..dey deliveredme a duplicate piece...which on fully charged it charges my mobile for only 35%...dey cheated me...i ve lost trust on online shopping by this idiotsy cause...i ve complained them abt this to take away it from me...but the company is not responding...not recievin calls n replyin me through mail...plz help me...my order no.is [protected]..dated-29/05/2015..plz...

I ordered 10400 Mah Mi power bank for rupees 580 .But when product arrived it was totally different than what was shown in pics. It was 5200 Mah and that also is not working.I think this company is totally doing fraud and earning lot of fake money. When I am calling their customer care no, no responce.Please help me or catch these fraudies....
