Recently i booked the MI 10400mAh power bank in Book My offer website. and PFB the following, Problems noticed in the product: 1. The Power bank doesn’t have the pin for USB to be inserted. 2. The metal cover was entirely broken. 3. The batteries inside the power bank came out of the cover and I was supposed to fix it. 4. The USB cable is not consistently providing the charge. On the whole, the product was broken and fragmented into pieces which is no way fit to be used. I registered complaint the same day it was delivered, and i was just given the complaint no: 437CM142 and i am yet to be refunded or replaced.

"[protected]" and email-id "ajay.bansal.[protected]@gmail.com" i sent a mail regarding this on the same day that i received product(22may 2015) and also submitted a query on there official website.but they didn't respond me till now(25may2015) i tried to contact them on there given on but they r not responding.i wants to refund my money back or some other product with equal amount with no quality compromise. please sir resolve my problem ASAP.

              I ordered an xiaomi 10400 mah Power bank from bookmyoffer.com. After opening the delivered box I had a doubt about the quality of the product. I contact the xiaomi through there website and they told me to check whether you have an 20digit code with the box. I didnot found any code slip with the box which confirms it is an fake product even While charging, holding the power button will turn off all the LED lights and they light up when the button is released. Buy Fake product as you sent to me – No effect on pressing the power button while charging. Which further confirms that it is an Fake Product.                   I have brought mi power bank from book my offer and yesterday i received the order. When i opened i found that box was broken. And that batteries inside the power bank were shaking. Later i asked my frd who brought the same power bank from flipkart. According to that my product is a duplicate one. As it did not come in the same packing like how my frd got. He had company label. And a hallmark and brand chip. Where as i got this power bank in a broken plastic piece.

                              I've ordered the samsung 9000 mah power bank worth Rs. 520 but it is not genuine. It doesn't even charge the phone for one full time. So its not worth it. I want u to refund or replace for the same. And i[censored] didn't replied early then I and my friends will go to consumer court and file a complaint against you. Because I've ordered their also one is the same Samsung 9000mah power bank delivered to vinayak singla for Rs. 520 #3465 sector 37D Chandigarh and other one is MI power bank of 10400mah rishabh gupta worth Rs. 580 #3477 first floor sector 37D Chandigarh. Rishabh has even send u the mail for 2 times. So whether refund or replace. Or I've got a strict action This mail I've send to the from me as well from my friends. So please take action on this.
