I have placed an order for men single day deal on 14th April. i received the confirmation mail but the product is not been delivered by delivery date. i call on the numbers given in their website but the number is not reachable, i also draft one mail regarding my complain but do not received any feedback. i think website doing fraud with the customer. They are playing with the customer mind by posting a deals on cheaper rate but cant fulfill their promise.

My Order Expected Shipping Date is[protected] but i m waiting for more than 5 to 6 days bt till date the shipment or no sms or call from the Bookmyoffer co. because of this reseaons please take my complent of against the Book my offer co.

Hello every one, I am from Chennai... I have placed some orders on the above bookmyoffer.com website. They have taken my money but there is no products so far I received what i have ordered. I enquired with order placement id . But the message is displaying that the products will be reached on 22nd April. I tried to contact there customer care and phone numbers ... but all the things are out of order-fake-not valid numbers. and some phones got ring but no response for many calls. please be aware with kind of websites before placing orders. now am afraid about the my credit card details which i was shared with the website. so please please be aware the new websites like having big offers or free of cost products selling websites.

I had ordered a product from bookmyoffer.com on 16th April 2015 and the expected shipping date was on 26rd April... But to my astonishment, the order has not been shipped even now! Today is 5th mAy but the order has not been shipped! This is really frustrating... They neither reply to messages, nor do they pick up the calls! Please ship it at once! My order no is.. [protected]. I had ordered a product from bookmyoffer.com on 21th April 2015 and the expected shipping date was on 01rd May... the order has not been delivered till now! Today is 05 This is really frustrating... Dear admin My Order number is [protected]... I ordered on 13 april and estimated delivery date is 23 april 2015. ..I had mail them on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com on many times but they never replied. .. I call on there number but no one pick the call... After all this I try to contact them on Facebook fan page... on there they replied and says my order will be delivered on this Monday. .. but Monday passes no update and they delete the Facebook post because everyone is saying them fake website. .. please admin check it and take a action against them..

ORDER ID: [protected] I ve booked this product on April 18 2015 since yet I have not recived the products 20 days over and from the of order, the status s shown as fullfilment in progess wat the hell these sites I doing I cant understand ...evn they r not responding the call so pls take a legal action against them... The expected shipping date was 23rd April, but till today the product have not been dispatched. when I contacted their customer care through their mail id ([protected]@bookmyoffer.com) no response have been received till date. when I enquired about the same subject through their Facebook page they replied that the product will be reaching me on or before 29th April which never did. and when I again tried to contact them through Facebook they blocked me. when I mailed them at [protected]@bookmyoffer.com I got a response that they will be giving a response asap. when I didn't get their mail the 2nd day I again send them a mail asking for solution and they replied they are checking in to my matter, it been 4 days now they r looking in to my order status but no further reply from them. my order id is: [protected] mail id is : [protected]@gmail.com

Since 13 days I didn't receive my order yet. It's been a very unprofessional behaviour of e-commerce company bookmyoffer.com as they were not responding to the phone calls. I request the responsible one to take action against this kind of careless and unprofessional behaviour.
