I booked a memory card, 64GB order number [protected] .But it's a fake product, it won't worth .And it is not working at all .Many of the products in book my offer which has been providing as an offer are all fake products .Don't provide these offers without providing exact and good things .Take the product back to you and transfer the fund to my account.

I ordered 32 gb memory card of Samsung on 15/12/2016, which is duplicate, my order number is [protected] i tried to call on 16/12/2016, but when i call at customer care, call is automatic disconnect, and no respond from email, i tried more than 10 time for complaint, this site is fake, anyone please help me out this concern.
so kindly please solve my issue

I purchase 64 gb Samsung HDXC memory card at Rd. 598/- from bookmyoffer.com online shopping. Order no [protected]. When I received delivery in this box is duplicate card. It is Samsung 64gb HDHC card. It's duplicate and not work properly.
When I contact on customer care number, the toll free number not properly work.
This online shopping company is fraud and many complaints against this company on your website. So please banned this company and no any budy cheated in future from this company.

I ordered three Samsung powerbanks from bookmyoffer.I Got it after few days but it was a false product.All three has covers of Samsung but the battery capacity is low.It cant charge a keypad phone.Later, I discovered that Samsung doesn't produce the type of powerbanks that i got delivered from the site.After that, They are not replying through their email.

With reference no.[protected]. I charged the power bank on 13/12/16 first time the power bank and tried to charge my samsung j7 but in vein the power bank does not charged the mobile. Again i tried the same procedure next day but not charged the mobile again. So i want to return the device and want my full cash back. Please reply quickly.

Since, no reply has been received in lieu of my mail dated: 09.12.2016 on your company's registered email id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com for taking action, therefore, for facing harassment from your company as i have been cheated in the name of samsung company as inspite of making full payment of rs. 849/-, duplicate/defective sd card (128 gb) has been supplied to me revealing your company is indulged in fraudulent activities, so police complaint has been made against your company in this regard. It has been also requested to commissioner of police, delhi, if any harassment faced in whatsoever nature which could prove fatal for life etc. By you and your company or company officials or anybody else concerned, you all will be blamed and a criminal case may also be booked against.

Police complaint has been made after making sincere efforts to approach you through your company's email and customer care department which never pick up phone, thus leading to this situation. From samsung service centre which was visited by me in person, it has been ascertained, your product is duplicate

I think the website is a spam. I recieved a damaged 64gb memory card.
When i requested for return of the product, there is no response through mail. The contact numbers which they had provided were not in service (+91 [protected]).

Please take an action against it.

I had purchased power bank from book my offer website they displayed samsung 25000 mah power bank in discounted price but when the delivery came its totally different thing, its very cheap quality power bank capacity of may be 1500mah max.

But nothing changed with me. It was about three months before . and they are not even responding to my emails. So as soon as possible resolve my problem. Thank you.
