I order a 64Gb memory card but I received a 16 GB memory card in not working conditions please dear sir/madam replace my product. I emailed to book my offer but no any response from book my offer so please help me in my product replacement. I bought this I team in 598 rupees and I loss my 598 rupees please replace my product or return my money

Mistake order, I want to request u please this order should be cancele..so this product is different then I want to cancel this order...

I ordered for HP Laptop Bag and Sony Power Bank from Bookmyoffer on 19.9.2016 and got it's delivery today.

I am socked to see the duplicate and Poor Quality of Bag and Power Bank is not from Sony as per invoice and it is not working. It has got some manufacturing defects.

Please guide further, since I want refund as I have been badly cheated.

i had ordered samsung 64gb micro sd card from book my offer website on 28/09/2016.

and they delever the product on 01/10/2016
i open the samsung sd card first i see that it is not my order it is samsung 128gb micro sd card..
then i try to cheak it in my phone but it is not working
i also cheak in in 5 other phones but result was same it is not working it is not shown in my phone...i aslo cheak it in my computer but it is not working..
so sir/madam i request you to solve me problem...

i request you to change my product with original or refund my money...other wise i have take legal actions againts this company...thank you so much..

When I ordered for solar lamp, 25000 mAh Samsung power bank and USB fan for Rs.949 in total, but I received the items of 25000 mAh Samsung power bank 2 nos and solar led lamp 1 no. Received a billing amount of Rs.1399 through shipment no[protected] which I have paid cash.

But when I opened the packet there was two Samsung power bank of 25000 mAh when tried till today, all are duplicate and not working properly. That lamp also defective in handle part which we can't use. If you can't supply good things in this price why are you selling in lesser price. I am always purchasing from other online store and I have always got good products in original. I think Fraud online store which sell all duplicate products.

After giving mail and all further mail discussion for returning the products they asked for snapshot of the products also which I have shared. But after that I m receiving mail that I haven't given sufficient information for which it is closed. What is the service I don't understand. Why these kind of online shops are allowed by govt whose products are duplicate.

Today[protected] the product deliveried i opend and checked the product files are trasfering to card and when i was opend the file it was not opend i want to return this its a defective product with cheap qwality ([protected] refer order)

I bought samsung evo micro sd card at bookmyoffer.com 1day back but that's only korean copy and not working i am calling to his company number but they are not responding to my call so i am posting this msg to u sir plz help me.

My product is of so bad quality as per shown on the site on the name of branded it gives me local shoes which is as much as bad quality which can' t be believed. And also a powebank with this which is also local only it is named as samsung. What i ordered this is totally different from that product.

1-when coppying pc to memory card speed less than 500kb.
2-after copy is done than take vedio; music;.. Etc, not acces data.

Hello sir today morning i am reveiving your product from E com express in order in laptop dell/beg and sony power bank but this product not so well Look like a local item mobile not charging from power bank. I purchased samsung battery back of mi 16800mah sku no - bks_070916_16800_pb but the product i received is not genuine and is fake that i ordered so i wanted to return it for that i tried the customer care numbers provided on site many times since i received the product but only it took my more money no any costumer care executive talked and phone cut it self with taking my money away. Then i tried to make complain through email id provided but one was not responding and other i haven't received any response. The site and owner both are fraud.
