    I ordered Sumsung 25000mah Pawerbank with samsung 64GB memory card.

    Actual product was not received in place of 25000 mah pawer bank i received 20800mah baper bank and The product is not upto mark its backup is hardly 6 hours.

    64 GB memory card shows only 62 GB space

    I choose cash on delivery offer, therefore you are requested to pl refund my money in cash only if possible.

      I ordered 16800mah Samsung power bank and they sended 20800mah power bank which is spoiled and roadside product labelled Samsung.and they didn't respond to my calls and mails...such idiotic app and such people have to be punished. Cheating people like this.they Told on app that they will return the product if it is spoiled but they didn't and not even responding once also.they didn't lifting calls also.

          With great pain this is to inform you that the item (power bank samsung 25000mah) received today i. e on 06.10.2016 at 12:30 p. m was found totally in broken condition. the same was also reported in-front of the delivery boy. he refused to take it and said that he is just a deliver boy. i tried to contact on phone no [protected] also several times but their is no respone nor phone is being picked.

                I ordered mi powerbank in bookmyoffer. and received a wrong product 20800mah that too faluty one. The product is not even able to provide back for more than 10mins. i called them for returning the product and they are refused to take it back. Mailed them 5 times and no reply so far.
                Such a worst customer service. Please don't buy anything from this website.

                                  I had ordered a samsung evo memory card from this online shopping website (www.bookmyoffer.com) . But I got a duplicate memory card. the name was samsung evo 64 gb but when I put that memory in my phone I knew that this is a damaged duplicate memory. This company is selling duplicate brand memory with the name of samsung. Its costomer care number is also fake. Kindly do some thing for refund of my money. and close this website permanently because somany costomers are being affected my this fake online shoping website.

                                    I hv booked 1 "Samsung Power bank 16800 mAh with LED light". Recd the product on 1.Oct.16 when I used it to charge my mobile of 2000 mAh battery it couldnt charged. I have charged the power bank for 8-10 hrs but it didn't worked. I want a replacement immediately or refund.
