I booked 2 tickets for 'Tamasha' using BookMyShow.com for Big Cinemas, Pimpri, Pune, for 10:55 pm show for date 5th Dec 2015 using SBI net banking/PayU Money. After selecting seats and entering my account details, bookmyshow website displayed some message like 'processing...' and after some time, it displayed, 'oops, an error occurred'. But an amount of Rs 467.38 was debited from my account. This transaction was done at around 7PM on 5th Dec 2015. So, basically money for my transaction should be refunded.
