Dear Sir

This is in connection with your above referred notice. This is to inform you that nobody from your end had been studied my case in depth and unnecessarily harassing me by way of demanding pending dues which is not legible

My case in brief is as under

1. My internet connection activated on[protected].
2. Till the bill dated[protected] I was enjoying good services from your end.
3. You may look at the receipt part from my end which had been always regular and intime
4. I was not getting continuous connectivity from September 2012
5. I received full amount bill for the period of September dtd.[protected].
6. I had made complains as under for opting refund against non getting continuous connectivity

In short the outcome is to pay bill and refund will be given in next bill. The e-mail dtd 7th Oct attached here with
7. I received the bill on[protected] with 50% refund for the period of October 2012
8. Again I was not able to get continuous connectivity for this period and I asked to customer care for providing continuous connectivity. Again I received e-mail on 7th Nov with contents that to pay bill and refund will be considered in next bill
9. Afterwards the connection had been discontinued and received a message on 7th Dec stating that
Your services are temporarily suspended due to non-payment. Please pay immediately to continue enjoying services
10. You may look at my bill dtd[protected], In this bill there is no usage chagres debited because the services were not provided by you and you had made refund of Rs. 61.69 Ps. So there was credit balance in my account and your message indicates that the services were suspended for non payment. The entirely controversy message.
11. The services were completely disconnected by you which is self explanatory from your bill dtd[protected]. Again there was no bill generated and delivered to me on[protected].
12. Suddenly the bill dtd[protected] received by me with one time charges of Rs. 1500/- debited and credited recurring charges of Rs. 292.80 Ps.
13. This bill is totally not acceptable to me ? For what purpose there was one time charges debited? Eventhough the credit balance in my account.
14. I had made so many e-mails as under
i. 4 mails on[protected] out of which 3 mails returned by you
ii. 1 mail on[protected] which was returned by you
iii. 2 mails on[protected] which were returned by you
iv. 1 mail on[protected] which was returned by you
v. 1 mail on[protected]
vi. 1 mail on[protected]
vii. 1 mail on[protected]
Out of 11 mails 7 mails were returned and no reply of balance 4 mails
15. There were continuous phone calls for the demand of payment but nobody wants to listen my case and to justify me from your end. At one stage the fellow from your end told me that I had eaten your company’s money.
16. Again I had talk on Ph no. [protected] on 11th May 2013 (14.19), The fellow on this contact no was not able to listen me and bluntly told me that I have to pay the bill that’s all.
17. You will imagine that what type of harassment imposed from your end without any fault from my end.
18. As per your above referred notice, I am asked to contact you if I want to end this matter before 20th May 2013 other wise to remain present at your office on 20th May 2013.
19. I hope that above mentioned details will lead you to think that the one time charges debited by your company is wrong and it must be reversed to my account after wards there would be credit balance in my account I hope that you will pay me my credit balance ASAP.
20. I have to take leave on 20th May 2013 to remain present at your office without my fault so I request you to take favourable decision in this matter before 20th May 2013 and avoid further harassment to me.

Again I request you to study my case in depth and avoid further damage to me by way of leave on 20th May 2013. Hope you will give me full justice at your end. Awaiting for your favourable reply by mail indicating your decision in my favour.

Since 14th May I am following the representative Mr Manoj Patni but I am not getting any reply from the company and they are continuously sending SMS for the payment but not accepting the wrong bill. They are unable to reply my letter because the fault is from their end. They are mentally harassing me by sending SMS everyday and phone call regarding the payment

A story of " YOU" and "me"

They have collected a refundable amount of Rs.2000/- and provided me internet service. I was never happy with the speed and sent termination request on mail, on net and also through call center. All these happened in Oct'07. But they keep billing me till today ( May'08).

I keep getting paper bills till Jan'08 and phone reminders to make the payment. After my calls to customer care, paper bills and phone reminders stopped.

Surprisingly, the e-mail bills keep coming and SMS reminders continuous even multiple reminders to great customer care of "YOU".

I never worried about the loss of Rs.2000/-. But I am disturbed and embarassed by this remainders which keep coming to me.

"YOU", please pardon me for getting connection from "YOU"
Pay me or not but please leave me to live at peace.

Reliance Communication — wrong billing,harasment

sir, i purchased alaptop, from vaishali(ghaziabad) dealer refferd 2months unlimted surfing, but after45 days, connection was disconnected and abil over3000rs was sent. when we connected dealer he gave us no of service provider s areacoordinators no natasha was her name she promised chages will be reverted but on2nd october once again a person came with bill and in my absense abused my mother in the meantime we have connnection of tataindicom

Internet — WRONG BIILLING FOR INTERNET

I have taken the internet (Rs.199/month package) by end of April 2009. The first bill for the Month of 2009 received is for Rs.37958.00 which is wrong. It could never be such a high amount. In fact, I was on vaction for 3 weeks in the Month of May. I feel something terribly gone wrong in the system. Pls look into and rectify the same.

Reliance Communication — wrong information when billing for same

Dear Sir,

I have changed my Prepaid rim number to postpaid which was activated on 5th August 2009. At that very moment I made call to customer care in evening and this was clearly told that 995 SMS would be free to any network (Local OR Long distance) and above that limit it will be charged.
Secondly, calls made to ALL RIM PHONES (LAND LINE + CDMA + GSM) will be totally free of cost, inspite of roaming. Nothing would be charged for RIM Phones.

So, today in evening as routine, I have checked my bill on your site and was totally shocked. Spoke to customer care- Lovelesh, then he cleared that only RIM 2 RIM sms would be free and certain series of numbers are only free in GSM.

So, please clarify that how should I come 2 know that which series is free and this all was not told at the time of activation.
And most important is that there was no such notification neither clarification for the same and now I am not going to pay any amount related to this issue till 30/08/2009 because its not my fault. Further if you want to continue my connection then waiver off these amounts otherwise let me know because on the other hand I am satisfied with RIM services but with this issue I wont be able to continue.

Please make clear by earliest as my due date is 5/09/2009 and I don't want to make late payments.

Termination of internet connection

We have asked for restoration of internet connection as the net service was not available after 10june 2009.Customer service did not take the complaint as the internet service was not available in kharghar for couple of days in the month of june & they said things will improve.
We have paid the bill for the month of may with the assurance that better services will be provided in near future.
We have requested repeatedly for restoration of net connection as there was no service from 10.04/09 till todate
We have talked hours to customer care representative with little help.
Unfortunately the net connection was not available even thereafter. I am not able to understand why we are supposed to pay in spite of no service & requesting for termination
The sequence of events happened as follows.



No connectivity -- From_ 10th June 2009 till todate
Internet bill _ 23rd May 2009 – Bill paid
No network connection at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai area – From 1st Week of June

Request for restoring of internet connection – complaint No[protected], 28th June 2009 to M/S Rakhi
No service after 24 hours
Request for restoration of internet connection – 29/06/2009 (Mr. Suraj Kamble)
Connectivity was not restored within 24 hours & not thereafter. Your service persons did not call us & restore connectivity as promised.
Bill was sent on 12th September

Requested for termination of internet connection –Complaint No[protected] dated 12th.September to Mr. Mulya. He said your net connection is in closed mode till today & she is taking the complaint for clsing the account & your connection will be terminated from today.
Internet bill sent through SMS –29 October 2009

Request for Termination of internet connection – complaint No –[protected] dated 29/10/2009 through M/SPuspanjali Singh.
She said that wrong things have been done with you.
She forwarded our greivances to senior officer M/s Nainaji.
I appreciate her for the cooperation shown.
We talked to M/S Nainaji on 29/10/2009 – She have taken our request/ complaint to her seniors.
Termination cannot be done as bills remain pending- M/S Naina
I am not able to understand why I am supposed to pay for your services which was not rendered from June till todate.
We were able to talk to Mukeshji on 29/10/2009 & he assured to the needful.
However nothing forthright has happened yet.
I would request you once again to terminate the internet connection with immediate effect & do the needful.

reliance broadband internet services — wrong charged and no refund provided

Hi,

Wrongly charged a sum of 2500/- in spite of non usage, raised a complaint, escalated upto nodal officer who gave a rebate, asked me to pay 1200/- which i promptly did and was moved to unlimited plan and promised dat since the change of plan is in the middle of the month, the next bill might have some issues as well which will be resolved. But following month i got a bill of 1900/-, got no resolution in spite of repeated calls and escalation and then my services were terminated.
Sub -Loss faced in business due to improper service provide by you.

Myself Mehul. N. Pawar owner of Access Internet Café want to inform that from last 15 days I am facing a big problem regarding Broadband service provided by you. I have really suffered a big loss because of that. The landline and broadband connections remains dead in the given timings – 10am to 11am and evening 5pm to 6pm.

We also had a talk with your technical person. But they are telling that the diesel required for running generator is been robbed by someone.

No one came here and even not bothered what problem we are facing. We also contacted your customer care as per given dates-

i activated rworld wap on my mobile and even i had installed the settings and rworld came for that day but next day rworld is not coming it is coming communication error customer care service is telling we dont know anything they are badly responding

Reliance Communication — bill without non usage of internet connection

I have Rcom broadband since 2 years, I have requirement of transfer my residence within Naranpura, Ahmedabad. I have given request on 27th May-10 for transfer the connection at new address, but there is no reply since one week. After one week when i have follow-up then they have regretted for the tranfer of connection due to feasibility problem (2nd June-10).

As i am not using the connection since 29th June-2010 and Rcom have charged me for without using the connection and delay in giving response for transfer the connection. Rcom people are following up for Bill payment but there is no response to my email communication 4-5 times for the bill dispute and instrument handover. All the time the reply given that our representative will contact within 48 hrs. (more than 5 times)

Reliance Communications India Limited — Fake billing and harrassment

I am being billed monthly by the aforesaid Company for a service which I have never opted for, and for which I never applied.

Background of the Complaint:
Reliance Broadband put up a stall in my residential colony in Jan’08. A representative of the Company approached me and communicated the features of the broadband services, alongwith a host of add-on gifts.

I asked for a “trial” of the services that he communicated. For the purpose of “trial”, he asked for my identity proof and other details, which were provided to him. He also asked for cheque of Rs.500 from me which I denied to give initially. However, I conveyed that if the said service was found appropriate and as per the details (given by the representative), I may consider to purchase a Reliance Broadband connection.

The said service was activated on a “trial” basis at my residence just for one day, which was not found in terms with what had been communicated by that representative. Consequently, the connection was terminated immediately (on that day itself) and the equipments were withdrawn from my residence within a span of 3 days. During these 3 days, no services from Reliance Broadband were utilized as the connection stood terminated.

Even after the termination, the Company kept sending me monthly bills which had nothing but rental charges. Since this was inconsistent with my understanding, the matter was immediately conveyed to the ‘customer care’ centre of the Company. The customer care department took note of the matter, verbally (and no written communication or complaint reference number was given to me), and started calling me on a regular basis to verify whether the connection was terminated or not. It was highlighted to them on numerous occasions that the question of termination of the connection never arose as I never applied for the connection with their Company. Meanwhile, the Company kept billing me for the “fake connection” that had nothing but the rental charges.

After numerous requests (made with the customer care department) to rectify the error in their valid connection records, one representative (hired by Reliance Broadband through an external agency, i.e. DSA) also visited my residence personally and verified that the connection was not active and that the equipments were also taken back by the Company. He also ensured me that the necessary steps would be taken by Reliance Broadband to rectify their mistake. I presumed it to be the end of chapter.

Recently, I received a call from a police station who apprised me of the fact that a person, Mr.Anil Bajaj (who, on subsequent talks, identified himself as a legal advisor of Reliance Broadband), has filed a complaint against me and suggested me to clarify the matter with Mr.Anil Bajaj. After questioning the nature of complaint from Mr.Bajaj, I was made aware that I owe Reliance Broadband a sum of Rs 2,500 (Two thousand Five hundred) approximately. I conveyed the matter in detail to him but Mr.Bajaj seemed least interested in paying heed to it. All he was interested in is initiating legal proceedings against innocent people like me.

Complaint against Reliance Broadband on the following grounds

1. I never applied for a connection with the company for its broadband services as no application form was signed by me.
2. No cheque was issued by me in favour of the Company to open an account.

Counter charges against the Company and its associated external agencies (Direct Selling Agents - DSA)

It seems like a case where the representatives of the Company (or associated DSAs) are obtaining the identity proofs of common people with a fraudulent intention of opening a fake account in the name of the person whose identity proofs are lying with them, in order to earn their commission, and let that person suffer the consequences of trusting the Company’s reputation.

I seek justice in my case.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring your kind attention that I had a Reliance Postpaid Connection since July 2009 vide Mobile No. [protected].

I had paid all payment timely. In Jan.2010 I have noticed several problems in the network like most of the time there is no network in the phone or there is no connectivity etc.

I had made a complaint about this to Reliance customer care, but they had not given me any suitable remedy and not speak to me in good manner by saying, what will we do? After that I have no choice other than to choose another connection/Mobile Service.

In March 2010 I had submit one application at M/s Kartik communication, Karol Bagh to Migrate the connection from postpaid to prepaid. They assure me to process my request but had not given me any request number.

I had used the said number till March 2010. In may 2010 I have been informed by M/s Reliance Communication, Vijaya Building, Connaught Place, New Delhi that there is a due of Rs. 1052/- against my said number as full & final payment and my request cannot be process due to this. I become ready to pay.

On 01.06.2010 one executive namely Mr. Sachin from Vijaya Building had come to my home to take the outstanding amount of Rs. 1052/- vide receipt no. 0431777 as full & final payment. Copy of the receipt is enclosed for your ready reference.

I become sure that as now there is no due, my request will be process very soon. But I was shocked when on 08.08.2010 one executive of Reliance come to my home and told me to pay Rs. 700/- which is outstanding as per their records as monthly rental. I explain him about my request and non usage of the No. since 31.03.2010. He threaten me to pay the outstanding amount or they will take action towards me. After that I have received telephone calls from Reliance’s executives on alternate days who threatens me to pay the outstanding.

Now, I request your good self to intervene in the matter and get me rid of from this problem as I have not used the No. since 31.03.10, I am not liable to pay any amount whatsoever.

Kindly help me/save me from Reliance Communication and also given me compensation from Reliance Communication for mental harassment for Rs. 5000/-

Reliance Communications — Services and billing.

I recharged my account for Rs. 100.00 on 20.08.10 at 17:55:57.( My account was recharged with Rs. 88.00.) My previous balance was Rs.28.XX. My subscription renewal for MobileNet51 was due on 21.08.10 at 00:00 But when I renewed my subscription at 01:58 on 21.08.10, my account balance reached the minimum balance of Rs. 4.99.
How did my account balance(88.00+28.XX=116.00) reach the minimum level just after six hours? Where can I get details of the charges deducted by Reliance and how?
Who is capable to resolve my problems? My previous problems are still unresolved.
Please give me the email ID of Mr. Ambani so that I could tell him about my problems.
I am very sad and surprised after reading your totally traditional reply. Didn't you read my mail attentively?
Money matters the most all the time. You also work for the money. Any of you is not in the position to find where my subscription amount of Rs 303.00 went.
Also any of you is not interested to reply about the different settings I had mentioned in my mails.Or, any of you does not know about correct setting. I have to pay about five hundred rupees for reliance prepaid GPRS services.I have already sent all the details of my subscription towards the same, but neither of you has paid any attention to the details and my emails.After e-recharging for the same for Rs 303.00 on 02.07.10 I could not access even the homepage and after a talk with Mr. Naresh on 14.07.10 I have to subscribe for Mobilenet5 from 14.07.10 to 18.07.10. I have to subscribe for Mobilenet51 on 19.07.10.My account balance reached minimum level of Rs. 3.40 on 02.08.10 befor expiry date of my subscription.My A/c balance of about Rs. 85.00 was also deducted during this period for the same service.Again I have to subscribe for Mobilenet5 on 02.08.10,03.08.10 and 04.08.10. I have to subscribe for Mobilenet51 on 06.08.10, but today an amount of Rs.20.00 was deducted from my A/c balance. Has my recent subscription expired now? Please reply soon.
Where has my subscription for Rs 303.00 towards unlimited surfing gone? Why any of you is not replying in this matter? I have to pay much more amount for merely one day or fifteen days subscription. Why?
What are the differences between Account names "rcomwap" and "Smartwap",homepages "www.wap.rworld.co.in" and "www.wap.rworld.co.in/gsm/index.wml" amd IP's "10.239.221.7" and "97.253.29.199" ? I could not access homepage through later settings, but could access search pages and "Opera Mini". I am accessing homepage(www.rworld.co.in) and search pages only through other settings.Is there any pack for unlimited surfing?
Please resolve my problems with details.
Is there any higher authority like Mr. Ambani to resolve my problems?

Further to my request letter dt. 17.08.2010 (copy attached) this is to inform you that I have received one letter dt. 18.08.2010 from Reliance Communication (copy enclosed) which threatning me to pay the outstanding or they will take legal action whatsoever. Also the Reliance people are coming to my home on alternate days to threaten me to pay the bill.

Since, my request letter is self explanatory and there is no dues at my side as the connection is not in use after 31.03.2010 and I have made full & final payment to Reliance (Copy of receipt is enclosed), you are once again requested to look into the matter and save me from Reliance Communication and direct them to stop threatning me.

they generated fake bills and forced us to pay as my husband is an army officer hence they threaten us that they will make a court case against us and when we refused and stopped their service they did what they said.

I am user and customer of Reliance Mobil phone vide mobile no- [protected] as some time ago a call center employees fraudulently show me a falls scheme rim and taken my sign on a blank per forma for changing of my said mobile from prepaid to postpaid as my said mobile plan was other than though which was Shawn to me against my consent will after some time on 23/3/2011 after fulfilling all my formilities ,the customer center subhash Marg darya ganj, again assured me to get change my mobile plan from post paid to prepaid within two days as they want me to not make any call till my plan is chanted i complied the same despite a lot of incondensable but till today 01/04/2011,my said plan is not changed as since 23rd march 2011, I have not even a single call have dialed even single call for the said purpose. I have visited several times service center and have called 222 for the said purpose as i have got financial losses and and physical mantle agony caused by the reliance communication mobile said services and still facing the same, as today when i visited my nearest service center they humiliated dilated and used abusing word to me , kindly immitiatly action be taken against the said person.as early as possible.

I am Rahul Kaushik. I have changed my no [protected] from airtel to Reliance by using Mobile number Portability.
for this Ihave given request at 16/04/2011 at reliance mobile store Pachim Vihar Delhi 110063.
my no is activated in reliance at 23/04/2011. but I m unable to get incoming calls other than Reliance operator till now.
I have called more than 50 times regarding this to reliance customer care but my problem remains as it is. Due to this I have lost my many Interview calls. but nobody want to help me. I have visited Reliance world 4 times also. I m ver unhappy because of this plz help me what can I do.

My internet service user id is[protected], my internet connection was dis-functioned due to company malfunction; and i have terminated the connection on 21/04/2011; and i have applied for refund of weir and excess paid rent; company allowed to give rs. 853/ within 90 days; but till it is not receive by me; we complained about this to nodal officer many times but not give satisfactory reply or refund; kindly consider my complained against reliance communication infrastructure Ltd.
