Tata Teleservices Ltd / Photon Plus — Extra Bill | |||
Since TATA Teleservices will close down their operations from NE region, i am also trying to close my TATA Photon plus account from last one and half month.I have a Bill of around Rs 1500 so i asked them to take the photon plus data card which they sold to me at the time of taking the connection @ Rs 1200 as this device is of no use (CDMA) . I was willing to pay[protected] = 300 to them but they were not willing. By that time they added another month's bill of Rs 300 where i have not used their services at all. Today TATA teleservices sent me a legal notice for recovery of outstanding dues. Why should i pay for the CDMA data card since TATA Teleservices will not provide their services in future also this device is not portable to any other operators services. "The device once sold will not be taken back" this was the reply from employee at their DOCOMO Shop. They do not compromise on the bill amount. So you may apply for disconnection soon or they'll keep charging you monthly bills. I have payed more than Rs.2000 bill amount for no usage of data, just because i got the legal document. I disconnected my account and the device is of no use as such. I guess we should send them the legal notice for exploiting its customers.
