I stay in Ayyappa Layout in Munnekollal. There are about 7-8 stray dogs in each lane and there are 4-5 lanes. It's makes it very difficult for people to go to other lanes than the one they stay in as these dogs start barking and at times have bitten people. The nuisance is much more in 2nd and 4th Main as the dogs have bitten people who have houses in those streets. Most of the days the dogs start barking at late night hours. Also each year there are about 5-6 additions to each street.
Kindly resolve this issue as it is causing a lot of problem to the residents in this area.

We the residence of chiranjeevi layout are having issues with a drainage route blocked in the vidya niketan school rd extension, chiranjeevi layout, hebbal kempapura. This has created an unpleasant odour around our homes and also increased mosquito dwelling. Could you please resolve this issue and help us have a hygienic surroundings. We have spoken to pwd ae pushpalatha.

We are facing acute sewage blockage in the common sewage system inside our apartment premises and outside in the public drainage box.

Dear mr. Lakshminarayan,

I'm a resident of ward 112 in domlur and am here to raise a serious issue regarding waste collection on behalf of our community.

Over the past few months the garbage collection vehicle has been very irregular in coming to our locality. Wet garbage is collected once a week and dry, once in ten to twelve days. As a result we land up with stockpiled drums of trash which creates a breeding ground for worms (Please find attached image).

This is unhygienic for our family and the community as a whole.

We trust that as the designated corporator you will escalate this issue and ensure the schedule (Image attached) will be strictly followed.

Shankar mutt ward, jc nagar kurubarahalli 22nd b main.
We are repeatedly have mosquitos, which is causing viral diseases.
We have informed corresponding official. But, they will only come once in 6 month. I want them to repeatedly spare mosquito control spray weekly.

Please do the needful sir. But, i see, mosquito spray is done regularly for
Svk layout, same ward, but for jc nagar same practice not followed.
Why such differentiation. For neighborhood

Banashankari 2nd stage 31st cross 9th main, the garbage collection do not wait for us, even when they see they hurry up and are not regular come once in two weeks or once a week, the lady hoards her waste in my building spare bathroom and does not come to collect the wet garbage daily she uses my private premises and when said she says she is poor and what relation does that have to do with completing her work and respecting others privacy. Each house gives her 30 rupees.

Sub: complaint against the street sweeper of the 16th cross, jp nagar 4th phase.

I would like to register this complaint against the lady - sweeping the street (Specifically - 16th cross near balaji departmental store).
The lady gives a preferential treatment to people who pay her bribe in cash and kind, while for those who don't pay are left with days of
Uncollected garbage in front of their houses. Worst, she piles the street garbage in front of the houses who don't encourage this 'bribe'.
Because of this, people are throwing garbage on the street. This is becoming a real nuisance.
Irrespective of telling multiple times, she continues to do the same. I am living in this area since a decade and i have never seen this
Worst maintenance ever in the past. We request the concerned authorities to take action against.

3rd mainroad hvr layout kha colony magadi main road bangalore -79 footpath stones and cement bricks are been on road from 2 to 3 month, many times the complaint are raised, nobody cares.
There is a max muller school on the same road, due to this stone and bricks the small accidents are occurring.
Request bbmp official clear footh path and clear all stones and bricks, so that small children's can walk to school happily.

Dear sir, our neighbor askktha poshka sabha at ward no143, v. V. Puram, blr 560004 have been discharging sweage openly to the conservancy lane which as accumulated to big pool and and has become a mosquitoes breeding centre resulting in serious health hazard. My name is pavan, i live out of bommanahalli begur road, 7th cross dr vishnuvardhana road, near good-wood aprt, cross road we are find very difficult dump the waste, as non of the waster collectors cum near our house, we travel half a km to dump the waste into collector vehicle, i find many dump the waste road side due thz issue, pls provide us atlest dustbin to dump the waste and aswel it should be cleared daily basis. Pls do help for solving the daily issue of we resident

The road where wipro ends, from there till thogur crossing the road is broken at multiple places. On both side of the road illegal parking and illegal shops have come up which blocks the traffic on the already broken road. Office time traffic is very painful. Traffic policemen just are observers there as they simply stand and collect fine for no helmet. But they do nothing about the condition of the road or the illegal establishments and parking.

I live in domlur mig flats e block. Somebody from the apartment complex has left the garbage at the entrance of the building. The garbage is all spread out by the rats/mice/crows. Leaving the place stinking with bad smell. Can someone please have a look, i am also attaching few pics for your immediate attention.

Subject: too many stray dogs barking all nights & and troubling the residents while crossing...

I am representing my neighbours too. As per the subject, there are more than 10 dogs in our single cross..!! And there is a female dog which gives birth to 5 dogs recently. Now there are more than 10 dogs in our road, its very scary to walk in the road. Sometimes dogs even run behind vehicles. So scary. All night every dog keeps on barking. It has gone off limits, please do something, please take these dogs away and give us peaceful sleep & safety. Some day, population of dogs will only become more than humans. If required, i can write a letter and get it signed from our neighbors who stay in our road. Please do something as soon as possible. We expect your reaction soon. Please take these dogs and put it somewhere where no people live.

Roads left unattended after digging for cauvery water lines.

9th main road, paul s chinnappa layout, bikasipura was dug up almost 18 months back & has not been attended since then. It is in very bad shape & commuting has become very difficult, particularly for school children as there are 3 schools on the same road. (Orchard school, insight academy & another new school has come up)

I request the authorities to kindly visit the area & take necessary actions to tar the road.

We are getting harrassed everyday by garbage collection people and created new scenes always with some nonsense invalid unacceptable rules. I paid propertytax 2 times due to credit card transaction failure in april 2016. Payu (Online payment gateway for bbmp) checked and told that the payment to bbmp has been made twice. Below are the transaction details given by payu team:

Tried complaining to bbmp various complaint sites like bbmp complaints, bbmp sahaya web sites. No resolution for the problem since last one year. This shows bbmp is setting a very bad precedence for online payments.

Recently bbmp property tax website added a statement saying 'we are not responsible for duplicate payments'. This is height of irresponsibility. If government agency is behaving like this, how we can expect private companies not cheat people online. They need to clarify what type of payment errors we need to contact the gateway and which will be handled by bbmp. They can't just say blanket, they don't care about the loss to the consumer.

Please resolve my case as soon as possible.

I am residing in ward no 36, house no 151/31, 6th main 3rd cross, Mathikere . Today around 7:45 am garbage collector came, she told me to put garbage in trolley which wasn't having proper segrigation of dry and wet waste, By mistake I put kitchen garbage in dry garbage as I was unsble to differentiate because she was collecting dry garbage in other sacks, so I put wet garbage in trolley, as oon as I put, she started screaming on me. I told her by mistake I have done this sorry. She became more louder on me and try to hit me by trolley as I was near to it meanwhile she crushed my dustbins and went away sceeming. Please help us as we are very much disturbed of her behaviour, earlier she had misbehaved with my husband as well, we ignored.But today she has crossed all the limits. If you take some action against her, It will be good for all residents, and I will be highly obliged to you.

The prime location roads and gutters are over flowing with the sewage and dirty water right on the roads. The garbage is strewn all over the place. Flies and appalling smell is in the complete area. Access to come inside the road is next to impossible. We need the intervention of bbmp to make this suffering end. Health of all residing and working her is at stake.

In 2015-16. There were lot of complaints from consumers regarding bbmp portal for property tax payment. I also faced a similar issue and am not getting a resolution with multiple visits to bbmp office and i am being made to run from pillar to post. Calls to bbmp dy comm goes unanswered. I am not able to file a complaint in their portal because it accepts only a 10 digit application form eventhough i am giving the correct no based on receipt from bbmp.
I had paid property tax on 29.04.2015 online through hdfc and initially it displayed error in transaction. However, when i tried again, the payment went through. However, the amount got debited twice. Subsequently, i approached aro and filed a letter along with all documents including my bank account & he confirmed that the excess payment will be adjusted towards 2016-17 tax. Till date this has not been resolved. On the contrary, when i go to pay online payment, i am asked to pay 2015-16 & 2016-17 along with penalty & interest. Why does bbmp harass honest tax payers like us? Is this a penalty for honesty in india?
