Fake emi calls and payment

My bike 3 times seized by the local finance people, everytime I show the clearance papers then they leave it by taking money of 3-5000 rupees as seiging charges,

Biggest fraudulent company and its linked local financer people...

Paid for Noc havent received it still

Had called the customer care last time to know details about Noc duplicate. They gave me acc details and asked to pay 300. After that told me to cal and confirm. Not able to reach them at all and haven’t received the Noc still.
