If you require the unused SPDCs to be returned, please place a request within 15 days from the date of this SMS. If no request is received within the said period, the unused SPDCs will be destroyed. In case of any query, call no:[protected].-BAF

I have sent an email to [protected]@bafindia.com for the NOC and
My query is : NOC will be sending it through post or through email as I have moved to another address so could you pls let me know the process of getting NOC faster as your till free number is not going it to correct team

I'm venkatesh from chintamani I took finance from BAF in 2019 I used to pay regularly and after some time my bank had a ECS issue it's not deducted on time I was keep on informed and I used to making payment manually transferring from phone to the collection agent then from last 3 month back also I have mode the payment manually after some the collection agent called me stating that you have make 42000 with interest and penalty charges I got surprised and I asked him to the statement he told he will be sending I haven't received any confirmation and call from 2 months yesterday when was taking a ride suddenly the seizer are stopped my vehicle and they asked me to give the bike keys I don't give but still forced me to get the keys they are very rude and misbehaved with me and they taken the bike without giving the keys, so for I have not received any notice and seizing letter. Seizing happened in chintamani near chinna sandra Bangalore road the seizers are really don't have the professional behaviour his name is Sandeep and few more people.

I am Sudha. S from Alappuzha i have taken a loan for Bussan, in June 2019 for which the EMI started from Aug 2019 till July 2021 (24 months), but during the Corona period from April 20 to Aug 2020 without any confirmation they have not taken the EMI even after the balance was in the account.

But i have paid the extended EMI schedule from Aug 2021 to Dec 2021 which they have not taken during the corona period...but after this they are asking to pay the EMI till March 22 (3months) of Rs. 8154 as interest charge now.

I am also having my home loan from finance but they have also done the same thing of extension during the cororna period, but there is no such charges hardly they charged some amount...

Now they are harassing us to pay the EMI till March 22 along with the bounced charges.. In between i had a call from their customer care in which i have argued and finally they agreed to close the loan on Dec 21 but now again they started harassing for the extra amount.

They are cheating people.. the whole world was in such a critical situation then also these people are so cruel then that. I need the issue to be cleared... I have paid all my EMI without any fail as per the loan tenure.
