108 driver behavior is not good

Dear sir
I m applicant for ambulance number 108 not reachable no response after 11:30pm daily issue no proper responsibility of ambulance person take legal action on responsible person of this issue I will watch on the on this issue

The siren on, the driver not even trying to go quickly for the patient.

We all gave him way and said him to go even then he was travelling along with us on the road.

Irresponsible & inefficient driver for the ambulance

We we selected SVP and after reaching there. we talked to SVP staff they said to allow walkin for patient. but 108 staff consider it as O2 patient even if oxygen is normal and was suggested to wait for hospital main person to talk and allow.

I am dialing 108 ambulance service number and waiting for last arround 4 hours but no service was provided, after nearly 4 hours more than 40 times tried to connect 108 ambulance but it was cut my call everytime(shows call ended). How should I connect for 108 ambulance service or I am not waiting for 108 service?

We were waiting for almost 30 minuts where driver was not ready to come,
Because of the driver neglecting we lost our baby (he is no more) if driver would have managed to come on time my baby would be alive worst driver behavior my baby life matters a lot to me due to his neglency I lost my kid need to take the better action against such drivers

We had called for ambulance at 1930 hrs and inspite of repetitive calls, it arrived at 2300 hrs.

My father is 83 year old physically handicapped on crutches. The ambulance had no facilities for him and the staff was absolutely unconcerned.

05.10.2020 morning a patient was picked from sultanpalya hospital to other hospital .Rt nagar 108 ambulance staff has migrated the patient to janapriya hospital .Staff saying that and misguiding us that
The hospital we asked was not good
Later we realized that they just do for commission.
We paid the huge bill for same at that hospital .
During our stay at hospital lot of 108 ambulances coming there only .I have heard that ambulance people are talking to middleman ashik .And saying in hospitals it is ashik case.
We are going in emergency need .But 108 is playing with our life for commission.

And authorities not bothered .
Kindly stop all this nonsenses

My father admit in spandan hospital last 10 days and because of financial condition we are shifting him in gotri hospital we are call at 108 ambulance and requested to come at hospital because of my father has low level oxygen level even they are talk with our doctor and then directly said no because they think if we are afford 10 days private hospital charge then we can also afford private ambulance charge...this is ridiculous...108 is government service and every people write to use their service...

I have called 108 ambulance yesterday night at 8:47 PM. But they have called me back at 9:28 PM for confirmation weather patient is still there or not. Is this way you do service to people? If the ambulance came as early as possible we must have save one life yesterday. Please don't make any false beliefs to people that we are there when service is there. False system!!!

In front of my house At 9:20pm accident was happened victim right hand and right leg is swelling as well not movable so I called ambulance at 9:23pm there is no response so again I called at 9:30pm then they pickup and taken the details about the location finally at 10:15pm ambulance was arrived it taken almost 1hr if it is emergency then whom we should contact

My dii health is very not god due to pregnancy last months that's why we are calling 108 to 10:56pm and they are coming in 11:25pm due to this the patient health no worry that's way we are complain for 108 no is gj18ga3274

My father got affected by fever and tiredness, he was unable to walk. We had dialled 108 for the ambulance support due to no private vehicle facility and due to COVID-19. Reply given by the 108 service person is very casual and he said we cannot come for the fever and all. If things are normal situation we will not demand this 108 ambulance service. My brother took my Father in two-wheeler in a very hectic situation and I feel very bad for that. I am a tax-paying citizen and I am expecting a very basic human being nature at least from my country government service especially kind of this situation. How the person can reject the service simply? who is governing..how you are assigning the duties?? what is the optional way to hire this service. Please clarify.

I had called 108 at 2:26 pm asking for ambulance, they were very rude and they said they will connect to police, and 1 man had called me and said they are calling from police station and his number was [protected] and they threatening me. When i check the number its from ambulance. Kindly take action on this people.

I'm rukhsar from tar factory solan. I called the ambulance service at 12:05 pm on dated 25/may/2020... Call disconnect again and again from their side. I called more then 7 time also called from other number but they don't give response. Second last time call picked by lady but she rude on call. Even she had not answer to my queries. And call disconnect badly. My sister's condition was very critical. She fainted that time. We unable to reach hospital timely due to service provider's misbehaving. They not picked call when i call back... This is very bad impression of 108. I request to you plz take this seriously and take strict action against the lady who is present there on that time...

I rejender kumar called 108 for ambulance service for delivery case of my pregnant sister. The helpline center 108 directed ambulance against the request. I received call from[protected] time: 11:41 am date 26:04:2020 on my+[protected]. The attended of ambulance started shouting at me with harsh language... Saying you people don't know anything. You should call ambulance from your nearest hospital... You village people are burden for us... Like this...

I called again 108 help center for the incident... The attended again started shouting although lady attended from 108 help center was on conference.

In the time of lockdown... The behavior of ambulance attended will demoralize the people from village area.in the emergency no one will dare to call them... If they will behave rudely with people.

I request you to please check the communication recording of attained at given time... Take necessary action against him...

When reached at village... Again he misbehave. He was on phone while driving with patient and rough driving.

That one patient namely nanku ram has been referred fr govt hospital baldwara to govt hospital bilaspur hp and the attendant made call on 108 wherein the recipient of 108 said that the ambulance of 108 of baldwara is already gone to bilaspur and we cannot hold you for one hour whereas the ambulance was gone at about 9. Am and the distance between baldwara to bilaspur is only 35 km and it takes only 40 minute and i made call on 11:30 am and i requested to the reciyof 108 to register my call and 108 be made available when it will reach at baldwara but the recipient of 108 call refused to register my call and stated rudly that i will not regist your call. It is pertinent to mention here that the patient is 70 years old and moreover army ex service man.

One patient was suffering from high bp, suffocation and pressure in neck.
They are not answering the call on time. I called them many times but they're not ready to respond. What can be done when a patient is fighting with their life, they are not available.? Do they leave every patient in this condition? I just want other people do not face this problem what we dealt with. Please see to this.

The complaint is about the misuse of ambulance service by the medical proficient dr rustam damle, a resident doctor staying is akshay apartment sudhir colony akola, the above named doctor is misusing the nas ambulance vehicle numbered mh30-m-5130 for travelling in city and for the transportation of his relatives. The doctor has misused the ambulance on date 12/04/2020 at 5: 30 pm to travel his family and relatives from his native address to some other place even in the situation of locked down in this fatal covid-19 disease. The complaint is lodged against the doctor but the district deputy director of health has not initiated any action against him. It is very irrelevant for a medical proficient government employee to misuse his power and also misuse the sources of health services like ambulance in the situation of medical emergency of corona disease in the country as well as in district. I have with me the detail images and audiovisuals of the concerned complaint. I request the authority to take strict action against the concerned doctor and the ambulance driver as soon as possible to stop the misuse of emergency services.

आज सकाळी 8.30 वाजता पुणे औरंगाबाद महामार्गावर गोदावरी नदीच्या पुलापासून साधारण 5 किमी अंतरावर औरंगाबाद कडे जाताना एका चार चाकी गाडीला अपघात झाला. सदर अपघातात एक वयस्कर महिला, साधारण 5 वर्षाची मुलगी, 1 वर्षाचे लहान मूल व त्याचे आई वडील असे कुटुंब होते. सदर वयस्कर महिलेचा एक हात व एक पाय तुटला होता व ते 1 वर्षाचे मूल बेशुध्द झाले होते. अश्या परिस्थितीत 108 नंबर ल फोन करून बोलावले असता तिथे एक तास कोणीही आले नाही करीता सदर अपघातग्रस्तांना खाजगी वाहनात कसे बसे टाकून औरंगाबाद येथे रुग्णालयात हलविण्यात आले. 108 ची मदत मिळाली नाही

I was suffering from excessive palpation, high bp and high pulse rate.. When called the ambulance, the call was first transferred to some other number and then one guy spoke.

He asked for address, i have the required address, initially he did not understand the address's, finally when i could explain the address to him, he told that the doctor is gone for religious activity and will be available only after two hours. I was asked to take an auto rickshaw and go to hospital if i thought it was urgent.

At sanand taluka of ahemdabad, there was a fattle by roads cow, it is affected by heavy zurk by heating the body of cow,

We have called taluka 108,
But answre is " we are on other root (Bopal)
We have wait 20 min,
And given firstaid.

Than relatives come and get to back at hospital

My question is that what are the quantity u have given by 1 taluka,

It is a really sufficiant?

Aaj dinank 14 february ko best hospital amravati se helpline 108 number per call kiya gaya vahan se ventilator wala ambulance bulaya gaya yahan aane per yah ambulance mein ventilator ac sab band tha ine logon ne patient ko ambulance mein rakha aur bad mein pata chala inka ventilator ac sab band hai unhone usko use patient ko pumping karte hue nagpur takke le gaye patient ke rishtedaron ke hat se pumping karaya our nagpur tak patient ko pouch cha deya pahunchte hi patient ki death ho gai hai is gadi ke driver aur doctor ka bolna hai ki hamare pass jitne bhi ambulance 108 sarkar ke chal rahe hain usmein sabhi ventilator oxygen ac band hai sarkar humko paisa nahin de rahi hai isliye ham iska koi kam nahin karvate main yeh complaint isliye dal raha hun ki sarkar is per dhyan de aur yah ambulance ka ventilator ac shuru karvayen aur garibon ko iski suvidha mile aaj mera ek gaon ka patient ka death hua hai ismein hajaron garib log maar rahe hain sarkar is ambulance ke jiska bhi department hai hi unko is instartion de ya sare ambulance ko aisi ventilator sahab shuru karvayen ap garib logo se khilwad na kare nahi hai nahi bole galat jankari de ke ambulance ne bheje main sabhi samaj ke sava karta hu is leye dard ho raha mere patient aaj ambulance ki wajah se death huwa hai is leye main is bat ko maharashtra ke mukhyamantri ko bhi bolunga our camplent bhi dunga

On 11/02/2020 in *Pimpri, Pune*, I'm going back to home from college and suddenly a serious accident was happened in just front of me. And I've been trying to get a emergency ambulance help. So, I've called "108" two times but MY CALL CAN'T EVEN GET CONNECTED WITH ANYONE. So, I kindly request to improve the service so that it can really help anyone in emergency.
I suggest everyone to keep a number of any Ambulance services and nearby hospital's emergency number with you. It'll really helps anyone needy person.

December 27th 2019 @5:30pm an emergency phone called was given to the 108 in shillong. The case was a heart attack. The ambulance instead of providing a service they gave their problem that some private car was blocking their ambulance infront of a hospital and asked back the family for *what to do?*. The family had to handle this critical situation themselves without any assistance by those people. 108 is supposedly to provide a solution to people and not your problem. If you can't handle it they don't do it. I hope this msg will reach to that particular person responsible.

I called for a ambulance due to an accident occurred in front of me but they failed to provide service showing reason that non availability of ambulance vehicle. Such non availability can cause a loss of life of some one. So government have no power to play with life of people. This is the service provided by our government. If you can not give service then do not say about the service.
Please take a serious kind of action on this issue

18th sept 2019 around 7.30 to 8 i called the 108 to take my mother maria to vikram hospital and they refused not to come.
She was in critical stage..
They informed they wont go to private hospital
Call vikram hospital and ask them to come
I had to pay 1500 for vikram hospital
When i told vikram hospital people
They said so many 108 comes everday
Why did they refuse to come and lie to me that they wont take the patient to vikram hospital

This is disgusting
