I have placed a prepaid order in this site, order id being 11979, long back. I had mailed to them for sharing the tracking details. But did not get any response from their. Neither the product was delivered, nor the amount was refunded....

I have placed an order on 5th April for induction based on stick cookware set for 299 but didn't received it yet and unable to track anything.

I came across this page on Facebook for Kitchenware products and placed an order of INR 299 on 18/03/2021 amount debited frm my account via debit card . But there has been no order confirmation for the same neither any updates from this company. It seems to be Fraud. Kindly help me in getting my refund back....
