My product is not delivered which was order on 08/07/2024 and wrong product was delivered
I have ordered watch but instead of watch wrongly sunglasses was delivered which I have returned on dated 13/07/25
I have not received my original ordered product till date and I am writing my concern to [protected]@360inex.com. But not received any revert

Please confirm that this company exist or it is a fraud which happen...

I ordered some items from this site .till now there is no any update from the company regarding my order . There is reply from customer support Service. No mob number is given . Very pathetic service .

I did not receive any tracking ID nor product. I paid Rs. 470.82 through Canara Bank site on HDFC net banking,
I placed the order on 22th December 2023 and haven't received it.

Hi..am R mallu swamy from hyd..I was ordered men's spykar watch from hdfc .. digital web site .but till now am not received any shipping confirmation.i was ordered on[protected]. Only order confirmation am received am paid 350/- wrost service from them side.am wrote a mail but no use no one responded.

I have ordered 11 items on 30 oct, recieved only 7 items, 4 more items not received and no shipment number provided and no response from them, i had paid through HDFC in advance.

We have placed the order for men wrist watch and payment paid RS 470.82 through G pay on October 28, 2023 at 3.36 pm
No any intimation AWB or Delivery track no....

I have make a payment through netbanking vide order id: HDAL012129 on 8th July 2023. Still waiting to get it delivered. Sent mail on 12th, 13th, 18th & 20th July 2023. Got auto response that someone will response within 24 hours. No response as yet.

HI I have purchased product spyker sunglasses from 360 In Ex Creation Pvt Ltd in collaboration with HDFC bank.
On 22 june and I receive it on 28 june.
But after receiving glasses I am not satisfied with quality of it because I my rs. 588/- hard earn money.
Product is not worth for 588/- rs i contacted them on mail (as theire is number available for call) on [protected]@360inex.com on 28 june itself .

but from that day no one is responding regarding that.
I want my money back. LOSS OF PAY. BAD PRODUCT.

first they are responding and later they will say its out of return time. I am feeling its a trapped.

I had placed an order on 18/06/2023 on your website following a link sent to me by Bluedart after successfully sending a shipment through them. I had ordered a Spykar PU duffel bag and had paid around 700 INR for the same.

However, I am yet to receive any updates from your side. I wrote to your customer care twice but sadly no response.

I am govindan srinivasan and I have placed an order for Spyker men watch from HDFC Online portal in 360 In Ex. I have received a confirmation mail from the delivery stating AWB No. :[protected] for the Order. But till today I haven't received any Order tracking ID nor any reply from the courier agency. When I checked with courier 'delivery' by writing, they are asking me to check with the merchant itself since the item not delivered. I wrote to courier, delivery stating that no person from your side contacted or not able to trace order. They are silent to my post. when wrote to 360 customer
care, there is no reply from them. What is the way to get back the amount debited in HDFC

I have placed a order of buffle bag and paid 352 rs online through payu and still no tracking on order and no order is received....

Few days I have received a notification from ICICI Bank about an offer from spykar. I have placed a watch costs 499 but a tim of payment I have they asked 580+. I thought the amount includes taxes and delivery charges etc so I paid the amount. But still I didn't receive any information about order . Then I have mailed to the company multiple times but didn't get any response from the company . Wonder how ICICI Bank is promoting such fraud to their customers.

Below is the mail received from them. After that no response. I dont know how HDFC bank is authorizing these kind of sites in their portal. I need a proper solution for the fake done by them. Need refund as soon as possible.
