The 5 in one sofa well sealed pack was packed with silly books and magazines , the original materials was not inside the cartoon.when I unpack the Purcell.

the bloody systems of packing will be stoped by you,and I need full replace ment of the sofa.

i had ordered for 5 in 1 sofa bed on 24/11/2010.They assured me that i will recive my product within 10-12 working days.but till date i.e 4/1/2011 i did not receive my product.every time i call they would tell me to wait for more 10-12 days.even today(4/1/2011 )they told me to wait .....They are just trying to misguide me and just testing my patience.it has been more than a month.
Now finally I have decided to cancell my order....

The above product foud manufacturing defect of air leakage. When consulting the customer care department of the Telebrands India they are ignoring to replace the product and are not willing to refund the money. Before purchase they assured me that all their products have 15 days Money back guarantee. But no one is willing to here our complaints also now. The service of this marketing agency is very very bad....

Sir, I had ordered a 5 in sofa bed after checking it out from the internet,displaying their mobile no.[protected],for which I made the payments from my credit card.When I called the above mentioned they said that they have already sent through a courier company[Blazeflash],it has already been more than a month since i ordered but i have not received it yet....
