I purchased a 7Up can on 16th June, 2023 from Nature’s Basket, Oberoi Mall. As I poured the 7Up can an insect flowed down into the glass. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

I bought a six pack of 16 oz and two of them was flat when I opened it. I know it's not a big deal for some people, but I'm on a fixed income and have to watch every penny. This was supposed to be a treat for me. Disappointed!

Really Bad Taste
For the past few months I usually have 1 bad out of the 6 pack of bottles I bought, some have this horrible taste and some are flat, this last 6 pack I bought they were all bad.

Product expired
Today same time I brought a 7up cold drink after almost half of the bottle drinking i realized that the cold drink is expired before 3 month.
The manufacturer date was 21/01/2020, and expire is of 6 month .
So it got expired.
I have talked to that store owner i don't have any grudges to him, but if I got food poisoning then who would be responsible
I have just informed to the company about it.
I am not able to upload the photo but I have the photo proof of the bottle

I bought two 7up - 18rs juice bottle on[protected] from a near by store (Kumaran bakery and sweets). It was an expired product which was manufactured on 30-5-18. But he told that the product was 20rs and got 40rs for two bottles.
After drinking i got a severe stomach pain and went to hospital. Due to this i spent 300rs (Doctor fee, injection, tablet). After searching reasons for this i found the bottle and found the manufatured date which was not clearly visible on the bottle.

I am so glad that I do not drink from the can on "most" occasions, but pour it into a glass. What I saw floating today is, I dont know what. But the longer it stays out of the liquid (which I poured down the sink) it seems to be shrivelling/softening/dissolving.
I have many times gotten up in the nite to open a can an drink from it and am appalled at the thought that I may have swallowed something potentially harmful to my health.

Shopkeeper charging more than MRP

I'm from gudiyattam town, 30 kms away from Vellore City. There is a shop called G S Beeda Stall in this town. the price of 1.25 litre bottle is 32 rupees as on bottle. Its previous price was 35 rupees which has been reduced to 3 rupees. When i showed the shop keeper about the sticker he refused to accept it and said 35 rupees is final. now tell me what he use of JAAGO GRAHAK JAAGO advertisement from the government. who will take action against these type of people. I want strict against to be taken against these kind of shop keepers. Wish the government officials come for an inspection without informing anyone.

Fungus in bottle

We had bought two 7up bottles. They were glass bottles. When we were about to open the bottle, we saw some white colored particles in the bottle. we haven't opened the bottle and we think the white substance is fungus and very strongly think that it is fake!

2 days back i puchased a 500 ml pet bottle from a bakery ..it doesnt tastes like 7 up..it was very horrible..it started burning after a while..Concern dept pls do check the quality of the drink

we have thrown away at least 7 2 liter bottles and countless 20 oz bottles of 7up because of a funky moldy aftertaste. we've never had this kind of disatisfaction before and are wondering what happened to the 7up we have grown to love? my husband thought that it was the shape of the bottles at first but now the 2 liters are the same way. we have become more and more disapointed with 7up!

I am a student studying in Nagpur...
Just two days back i purchased a bottle of 7up from a local shop and i was charged Rs 2 extra above the cost mentioned on the bottle. when asked why was it so...the lady replied-"Cooling Charges"
wat cooling charges...isnt a cold drink supposed to be cold...!!!
then when i came back to my hostel and opened the bottle...i was literally shocked to find there was absolutely no soda in it...it was just plain water!!!...what is this...are we paying money to buy water in a cold drink bottle!
i was thinking to just forget it and move on...but as a responsible consumer it is my duty to make appropriate complaint so that next time some one else doesnt become a victim of this...
atleast dont cheat the customers for mere profit...
i need compensation for this...because i have full evidence of what i am saying...
kindly take action in favour...

selling at higher cost of given cost
A shop name "Abika Vijay Store", at M.G.Road, Near Station, Boriwali (E), Mumbai, selling the cooling products at higher cost of Rs.2 than the original cost and also for some other products too. This is illegal and if we ask for the bill he says no to that. If you people really work, then the license of such shops should be canceled. Lets see the existing government work on this issue or not, this is not a small issue, asking Rs.2 from each person, think thousands of people visit at various shops and cheating such way is not good. Want to see such shops closed, if the government can not work on such big issues, it means government is involved in such case and we should not vote the such sleepy government.
