The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Abusive behavior by on-duty Lady Conductor

Yet so often I experience first-hand abusive behavior by A.P.S.R.T.C. Conductors towards Passengers. Today I had a very disappointing experience while travelling through A.P.S.R.T.C Bus 102B (AP 29 Z 3203) from Phisalbanda to Secunderabad. I had boarded this bus around 1:50 PM at Phisalbanda & noticed a verbal argument ensuing between a fellow female passenger & the On-duty Bus Conductor at Chaderghat as the Conductor was reluctant...

I reserved a ticket (before one month)to travel from Anakapalli(vizag) to Hyderabad by a RTC Bus on 17th January,2010.Suddenly they(APSRTC) increased the fares before 4 days to journey in the state.When i got ready to travel they object me to travel without the extra fare. Not only that they said they will stop from me from journey.I feel insult and i paid the extra fare also.If i didnt have any money with me then...
