I am frustrated with the way I am getting calls everyday from your lab for testing. I don't know where else to complain. I have blocked your numbers still you call me everyday from different nos.

Remove my name from your calling list, else I need to report to police now.

I don't remember registering for any tests or blood tests at aarogya Path care. My father may have. Since then aarogya Path Care have been calling me from different numbers. I have talked to the customer executives many times saying please remove my number from the database. They agree to do it but then don't. They also message me on whatsapp from different numbers. There are many numbers which have blocked but they use different numbers then and they are not stopping after many requests. They are harassing me by interfering in my life everyday just so they can do their marketing and wasting my time.

This has reference to the captioned subject..I booked two packages of 100 tests each for my parents...In addition to this an advance test of Lipase and Amalyse was also booked for my mother..The total cost of these tests was fixed to be Rs 3200/-..They are staying 8n Malerkotla where the sample collection service is not available.Si they altogether travelled to my place at Ludhiana for these tests..The samples were...

To Aarogya Path Care Lab Delhi/NCR

I have took the blood test from Aarogya path care in November 999 package +300 for ASO, first I have to chase them for sample pickup daily they said pickup will be done but it doesn't not happen.
Later on test happened sample collection guy was rude too, after that I asked for report they sent me online with wrong name, and test report was similar to the old one when I did the test in October mid .

I was on regular medicines since October when report came and after one month I did test again and report is 95% similar they just amended it and sent, Dr said report is wrong or may be some error.
I asked lab the same day to check and find error if technical or wrong report they said technical team will call next day but after that I have been regularly chasing to them they are not answering calls and blocked me from no.s +91 [protected], +91 [protected], + 91 [protected] ... and its been since days m chasing finally m compelled to lodge a complaint against them as they are just making money and playing with customer's health and also not responding .

Either they pay my test full amount back or they again test and give me right report .I'am complaining because its about meas well as about all those people 's health who are being fooled by them just for making money and giving packages .

Please take strict action against them for not responding to customer and playing with their health .

They took a blood sample on 11 july 2017, we received report on 11 july only, but the report was not correct as the sugar level was so high, if we would have started medication on that report we might ended up with a big health problem. We rechecked the report from other diagnostic centre and i have a valid proof for it that the report provided by aarogya path care was wrong, then they took a repeat sample on 18th july but i have received no notification till 22nd july, when i called them for report details their staff member (Amit) abused me and he have no right to comment on anyone's family and i have a call recording for it as well and disconected the call. Their liscen. Ce should be cancelled as they give wrong reports to the customer
