Dear AAVIN Customer Support Team,

I am writing to request a refund for the payment I made for the AAVIN milk card, which has not been issued or accepted. My payment details are as follows: - Payment Date: 12th July 2024 and 13th July 24
Payment Amount: Rs.719
Payment Mode: UPI GPay,
Also, I enclosed the attachment for your reference.

Payment done twice but once the card issued for there is no refund so far

Despite making the payment, I have not received my milk card or any confirmation regarding the acceptance of my payment. I have tried to contact the local AAVIN office, but they have informed me that my payment has not been processed. I kindly request you to look into this matter and initiate a refund for the paid amount at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information is required to process the refund.

Also on 13th July 2024 I made the payment for that alone I've received the aavin Milk card

Kindly check your records and history of this and sort it out at your earliest convenience

He doesnt refund amount if missed. Recently my FIL passed away and asked for refund from Monday, till date he is skipping after 2 days.
This is not first time, when he has to return he forcefully asks to buy orange packets which are charged Rs30.
Never he does refund to customers.

I humbly request that Aavin Milk Depot retail outlet at R S. Puram, Coimbatore display 'mobile usage prohibited' notice.

I request or suggest board notice near ALL milk booths stating in English and Tamil clearly 'DO NOT use mobile phone within a distance of 3meters from the window. Violators will be prosecuted and fined upto Rs1000/-'. I request that violators failure to produce Aadhar card or ID card, drivers license, will be complained to police, before a compassionate first warning is issued by the duty clerk. I suggest that camera is installed by a reputable contracted security service so that vehicle number, description, identification of violators can be recorded on memory card.

These mobile users talk loudly often in other states languages create confusion for staff and customers in que. Please see sample notices, parking and mobile phone usage prohibited from web.

Shopkeepers in Porur area are selling the milk packet with MRP of Rs 22 at Rs 24 and packet of 20 at 22.

For the past 10 days the quality of blue milk packet supplied by Aavin in Adambakkam area is questionable. Curd made out of that milk becomes stringy and the buttermilk is showing powder like sediments only. The same thing happened few years back and it stopped after complaining. Again now it is like that. One does not know whether any adulteration is taking place. Authorities concerned should rectify this asap.

Extremely pathetic customer service. My family had initially asked for 5 flavoured milk but then changed the mind and said they want only 4. However was billed for 5 and we noticed that only after getting home. After 3 days when I went to ask at the shop (as my mother is quite old and could not act on it earlier) - the guy was arguing stating that I could have taken 5 and creating a false story. I don’t understand why someone will create a fake story over Rs 30. This is not going to make or break anything for us. It was about customer service - we were wrongly charged and we expected the shop owner to take that into consideration. Was a horrible experience dealing with this person at Besant Nagar (near the depot).

I have bought 250ml aavin at Salem ayothiyapattanam. Actual MRP. - Rs. 12 but they asked Rs. 14. They told that extra 2 rps for cooling purpose. I have already raised complaint to aavin customer care department and marketing department still now they didn't take any actions regarding this issue. Who will responsible for this matter??

I had milk today evening at the erode main branch (Near chithode). They gave me expired milk.

I bought 3 saving green milk for 26 rs per. Packet.. Whoch is higher than mrp
Also all 3 milk packets is spoilt.. I want refund of money

Sir, iam priya from tambaram i bought aavin pista milk powder, on 15/12/19no and i opend on 16/12/19 morning for kids i mixed it in milk that also aavin blue, itcontains worms in it, what should i do were should i complaint, i bought this powder at airport aavin parlour on road towards tambaram, how carelessly they are making the products, we r giving it to childrens, is intaking worms is good,

In pallavaram avin shop (Near to cantonment park) they are selling blue milk packet at the price of 20 rupee in mrp 18.50 rupee when i asked to shopkeeper why you are charging extra 1.5 rupees​ he used to say if want buy or leave.
Who gave the power to say this kind of reason to the consumer.
Requesting​ your surprise visit and take a necessary action.

Aavin milk(premium)in chennai Kolathur is printed with MRP of ₹22.50 but we get for 25₹. I want the reason why its selling for 25₹ and i request aavin to take necessary action for selling the milk which exceeds the MRP. Kindly do needful by taking necessary action ( seal the sellers shop for selling high of MRP. I want aavin officials to give a surprise visit where the aavin milk which exceeds more than MRP.

Kindly note that aavin mil is yet to open in kamarajar salai, opposite corporation office, ward no 173, division 40 & zone 13.

I had represented to mr. Jeeva of admin department & also petitioned to our constituency mla mr. R. Natraj ips dgp (Retired)

But there seems to be no response.

Dogs are roaming around this constructed aavin booth.

Public money is unnecessarily wasted as this booth is unopened for quite a long time

There is a serious issue with the Aavin franchise shop here in Tambaram (Gandhi Road), Chennai. The person in charge behaves absolutely rudely with every customer using abusive and unparliamentary words always. I bought a biscuit and was waiting for my mother to come from the home, meanwhile I started eating the biscuit, after sometime I was thirsty, I asked the shopkeeper, whether water is available here, he showed a mud pot with water, but the hanging Tumblr looks very unclean, he told to drink with that Tumblr. I felt disguised and asked whether do u have any other drinks? he said milkshakes and lazy available. I thought to drink lazy but I never tasted in that shop, so I asked is that taste good? For that he started abusing me and coming to beat me, I warned him! don’t raise your hand on me, or else you will be in trouble. I’m a law student, with me itself he is behaving like this means, how he deals with general public? I have come across with many aavin shops, every in-charge person deals so well and make customers feel very good, but this person doesn’t even have a courtesy to respect a customer. He will definitely get assaulted one day or the other by any customer, if he continues to behave this way.

Request your urgent intervention in this regard.

Sir/Madam, I am residing in Nilamangai Nagar, Adambakkam and I am an Aavin milk card holder and have been buying Aavin Pasterurized toned milk ( Blue Packet) for the past several years. But of late the quality of milk supplied appears to be substandard, tastes like chemical and unfit for making curd and the curd made out of this milk is like a string and unsightly in appearance for the past 10 days. I suspect the milk might be adulterated. I have enquired my neighbours buying the same packet and they also report the same problem. When we buy milk of private manufacturers ( like Thirumala, Heritage etc), the quality is good and the curd made out of it is of good and acceptable quality. In the wake of various health problems posed by adulterated milk, we seek immediate attention as it should not lead to any calamity. We as a consumer have the right to know whether we are getting pure milk or adulterated one. We don't want substandard/adulterated milk. I request the authorities concerned to act immediately on this complaint and ensure supply of good quality milk to the consumers. I seek action as early as possible.

Aavin shops are charging an excess of 2 rs to 10 rs for a lassi packet which is actualy 18rs . Sadly we also are unable to know the actual price of their products as they are not printing the exact selling price in their products and they are also not giving bills . So i urge you to take the needed action and ensure our trust on indian consumer form is safe gaurded

Person who is incharge of Booth 122 of Mandaveli zone ( West Circular Road ) is not distributing the milk properly for milk card holders . He is giving blue colour milk for Green card holders many times. He is not refunding money for the people those who have not purchased the milk. He is talking rudely with Aavin Customers. Please close the contract with that person (or) MERGE the 122 ward with another nearby ward like 55 to avoid the rude behaviour of 122 Distributor.

The persons working at aavin booth [corner of big street, triplicane] has borrowed eclairs choclate in bulk and they gives this choclates instead of 1, 2 ruppes. Will not they have single 1, 2 rupees in the shop? They even will not tell that they don't have change, they will just give the choclates instead of changes.If you ask them questions, their reply is if you want take the milk pocket and choclate otherwise leave this place. They are so rude. Request you to teach right attitude to them and ask them to keep atleast minimum coin changes. The mess/small hotels in and around triplicane are collecting coins from the people, why not the aavin shop too do that?

My home near one shop is available. They are selling aavin blue milk 1/2 litre for Rs.15. But aavin blue milk MRP rate Rs.13.50.
As well as green, orange milk also. Not only milk, aavin curd also.

We buy 1 liter (2 500 ml packets) of milk every morning. Of late the quantity is not 500 ml. Today we received a packet was half empty. Please find the picture attached.
Please note the packet is completely sealed and there is no evidence of leakage.

The Selling price of 1/2 kg Aavin butter is INR 5.0 above its MRP. All the products in this outlet are priced above MRP. The product was purchased from Aavin outlet in Balaji Medical college & Hospitals, CLC works road, chromepet, chennai - 600044.

Kindly look into this matter with top priority. Await your prompt feedback and action in this regard.

I am staying in Perugudi and I have purchased the Aavin milk card and the dealer has all our milk cards in our flat. He is having 7 cards from our flat. Now he is not putting the milk to our flats and now he is not returning the cards as well.

He is selling the milk to other people in the nearby flats with the same cards.

Kindly do the necessary action and to whom we need to do the complaint.

i purchased one milk packet Yesterday on[protected]:00 pm. i put boiling it is spoiled.
then i checked for the batch number and expairy date on the packet.

no stamp on the packet.

i checked with shop where i purchased. we can't do any thing. small commision only we will get anser from retailer.

then i called the customer care of aavin[protected].

customer care executive reply: "go and check with your bulk delear"

This is an incident happened in aavin booth located just opposite to ICICI branch in West Mambalam.

I have asked for two packets - 1/2 kg of butter in this aavin booth. The in-charge lady of this West Mamabalam Aavin booth told me that no stock available. i returned a few meters to take my bike. in that mean time i have seen that she is giving some butter packets to another person. again i went and asked but refused. i asked how she is able to give to another person. she told they have booked already. when i insisted further she has given only one packet and started scoulding.

Earlier occations also she has refused to give and every time she tells that very few packets are only coming and all are sold within a hour.

the above incident happened just after the supply van left that place.

i request the concerned authorities to take action accordingly on that Aavin booth agent.

I am a resident of Mandaveli and had requested for new milk card in my nearest AAVIN Zonal office in Alwarpet . They asked to me to write the name in their register in Aug 2010 and since then I am following up with them regularly. However I have been getting replies to contact them one month later. Request you to kindly look into the issue and take necessary action to expedite the issue of new milk cards

At Chennai Central Station, the Aavin Lassi is being charged at Rs 10 per packet whereas the printed price on the packet is Rs 5. There is some rubber stamp that i suspect these railways folks have been affixing that shows Rs 10. I`m sure this is not an authenticated price and consumers are bein exploited by the Railway Aavin counter (next to the Cafe Cofee day shop).

Can someone from Aavin pls taken ownership of this and assist in arresting this malpractise.
