My consumer no. Is 62, booth no. A069, zone mccs for 1 ltr milk at 34/-.
2 days in dec milk was not available cos of floods but i bought 1ltr so 1 day was in balance. I had complained to consumer care then that i had to pay rs.4/- extra for the 1 ltr of milk instead of adjusting. Aavin had disbursed the money but on feb 7 when paying for the month's bill, the booth guy refused to pay for the 1day in dec 2 2015 along with 1 day in jan 2016, saying he didn't have money. I now have 1 day in apr to be refunded too. I went on 23may for the pending refunds but he refused all.
He is being spiteful as i have made many complaints in the past for giving priority to shopkeeper s (Who buy in bulk) after 0600 and selling milk for rs.38 instead of 37/-
They treat us non service card holders badly. Service card holders are charged rs.100per ltr.
I have a 95yr old father so it's difficult to go to pallavaram off. To meet the mgr. I request that the pending refunds be adjusted on june 7:bill

This is to inform that the aavin milk were selling against the M.R.P, yesterday[protected] I bought the milk and kept in my hand then asked about the price and the shopkeeper said 22 Rupees but in the aavin milk rapper they printed as M.R.P: 20.50 Rupees. Even though I had explained to him that is this is the cost and all, then the shopkeeper said I not selling milk for single Half Litre and all and again he is fighting like anything and finally he said if you want to buy... buy or leave it and get lost. But my bad is, I returned the milk to the shopkeeper and went to home on that day I didn't drink milk.

Here all shopkeepers are selling in the same cost because of that single shop is selling in the same price.

They are not giving any invoices regarding any sale in that shop.

Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to bring to your notice that for Past few days the Milk packets which were supplied in the area Point No 8 (Kumaran Nagar, 1st Street, Near G.K.M Colony) Perambur Range are in contaminated (Bad)condition. This was reported in the Perambur Range office yesterday (13.10.2015) by Mr.Aanandhan. Hope that i get a reply ASAP on this and the issue is resolved. Thanks for your understanding. We are buying 2 litres milk from depot no.281. Last whole week, we received milk packets with proper dates, however while boiling it turned half spoilt. While boiling the milk jumped with loud sound spilling all over. I believe the quality of milk in this area should be checked for duplication.

IN NUNGAMBAKKAM (NORTH MADA STREET) AAVIN BOOTH NUMBER 10. WAS CLOSED FROM JUNE 16th. WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION. NOW ALL THE PUBLIC MORE THAN 250 PERSON GOING ONE KILOMETER LONG TO BUY MILK AT KOTHARI ROAD, NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM NUNGAMBAKKAM SOCIETY .

Respective sir / madam In our home we are buying aavin (orange ) milk packet 4 daily. Milk get spoil next day itself even if we store in fridge in milk chill tray. We don't know whom to complain local booth guy also not passing our complaints to aavin. Similar complaints is with many home. Please take action against this. Or whom should we proceed our complaints.

I am a resident of T.N.H.B. colony, korattur. My son used to go to aavin booth VO-93, AVM-136, to purchase milk. We regularly purchase from same booth. All the time, he is charging for green magic pastteurised standard milk, MRP mentioned 15.50rs charging us 16/-. When questioned by my son, he was told either take it or leave it. I would like to know why this behaviour and attitude.

I have been taking Aavin full cream milk for quite sometime. When I try to prepare ghee using the cream from the milk the ghee doesn't come. also when I prepare curd the curd looks slimy. I seriously suspect something wrong in the milk as I have not experienced this with the packaged milk in any other place.
Please take necessary action.

I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR ESTEEMED MILK ORGANISATION SINCE LAST YEAR. NOW A DAYS THE AAVIN MILK SOLD EXCESS COST IN OUR AREA. STILL NOW I CANT ABLE TO GET A CARD ALSO. FOR EXAMPLE I AM DAILY PURCHASE AAVIN GREEN MAGIC MILK AT THE COST OF 36 RUPEES PER LITRE. The milk packets, green colour packets, distributed in the Sasikala Aavin milk parlour in Parrys Corner on 4th and 5th July 2011 was smelling like bleaching powder. Also this distributor does not give bill or stamp date on packets. When enquired he says the dates get erased. And for bill he is very arrogant and insults the person who asks it. Makes them walk and gives in his own time.
When complained to aavin customer care they say its the dealer's mistake and Aavin will not take responsibility.
The date on packet is mandatory also Aavin needs to look into the foul smell.

Aavin milk is being sold more than MRP price (i.e., half litter cream milk pocket is being sold out for Rs.15/- instead of its original retail price of Rs.14/-) at Kaviarasu Kannadasan Nagar, 7th & 8th Block, Kodungaiyur, Chennai - 600118 in all shops. Kindly Please take necessary action against the retailer.

we are buying aavin nice milk from a nearby shop at our place and he is selling tat milk more than its mrp price that is for rs 12 instead of 10.25. When questioned to him he is saying that he is getting the milk pockets at mrp rate from dealers and so he raised the prices to the customers. this is unfair. and more over he says we'll refund the money and get some other brand milk. this is the way they treat there customers. I am writing this email to bring to your kind notice the malpractices and misbehaviour being demonstrated by your retailers. I stay at Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai wherein there are 2 Aavin shops - one on the ECR near the Marundeeshwarar Temple and the other on Beach Road near RTO. Due to the assured quality which I expected from your organization, I used to prefer purchasing your products. But the recent incidents have forced me to think otherwise.

The shop on Beach Road near RTO is run by a person who doesn't even know how to behave with customers. During my regular purchases from him, I have observed that he charges higher than the printed MRP from poor customers, but not from people like me as he knows that we understand our rights. Moreover, instead of giving them what they want, he only sells them premium milk and other products even though he stocks economy products. Moreover, he often misbehaves with his customers, and every now and then one can find him quarelling with his customers. I don't know why you have appointed such a person to promote your product. Instead of selling your wonderful product, he is de-selling them.

The shop on ECR, near the temple, has a similar story. Once I went to purchase cup curd from him and asked for 3 packets. When he gave me, 2 of the 3 packs were open and not in sealed condition. When I insisted him to replace them with proper packs, he refused to do that and asked me to take the open packs if I want. Is this how you assure quality to your customers?

At both the shops, the packed milk is never available and either they insist us to buy premium milk or milk packed by them in loose packets. However, if you ask other non-Aavin shops a few meters from your these 2 establishments, you will definitely get Aavin packed milk, but at a price higher than the MRP. I am sure that your packed milk is being black-marketed by these 2 retailers and they sell spurious milk to poor people who are supposed to receive the right quality of milk which is your organization's core purpose.

I wish to submit that these 2 representatives of your company are taking your customers for a ride by playing with the trust which they have in Aavin brand. In the long term not only will they fill their pockets at the cost of customer and the organization, but also shatter the confidence which your customer has today in your brand.

Being a responsible citizen of this country, I felt that it was my responsibility to bring malpractices to your kind notice. As you are holding a responsible place in your organization, I request you to look into this serious matter. I am sure that you would initiate necessary action to nip the bud of greed in the best interest of the poor people in this country.

I bought 2 x 500 c.c. packets of Aavin Milk in Tetra Pack ( Delite Brand)
said to be of long shelf life, from Aavin's agency outlet near Besant Nagar Bus Terminus on 10th Aug, 2010 sometime around 7.00 P.M. The next day morning (on 11.08.2010)at the time of mixing coffee, it was found that the contents were a bid turbid and thicker than normal milk consistency. The whole thing curdled on a slight warming on the gas stove.

The marking on the packet is as under:

I took the opened packet with half the contents still remaining and the other packet with seal and unopened to the Aavin outlet from where I had purchased.

Only after some little bit of argument the attendant at this outlet agreed to return the money for one unit which was still unopened and refused to record my complaint. I was curtly told to take up this matter with Aavin authorities.

Hence this complaint.

I request Aavin authorities to take immediate action to check on the remaining packets with this outlet bearing the same Batch Number and Manufacturing date before it is too late and more such packets are traded to other consumers.

I have been alloted 3 packets of milk by daily card after interview by the Tambaram aavin depot officials, since november 2009. But this month the booth no M009 (maraimalainagar, Kancheepuram Dist) distributor is refusing to renew the card. I have 2 children and i need milk for them, since this booth distributor is refusing to renew, we couldnt get milk for them and it is really difficult to manage. Regarding this i have contacted tambaram officials over phone and personally also, but they dint give an ear to it. Instead they directed us to pallavaram official - Mr. Lunjan[protected], to refer our complaint, he asked us to lodge a complaint in writting . Also i contacted the toll free number to lodge my grevience, but they dint not respond properly, hence i am lodging this complaint via email to take appropriate action. So kindly do the need full to renew the card at the earliest.

IN PORUR ALL SHOPS SELL AAVIN MIL MORE THAT MRP IS THERE IS ANY ACTION CAN BE TAKEN

I am a card holder for the purchase of 500 ml full cream milk ( red packet). The price marked on the sachet is Rs.10.50 for card holders whereas the retailer charges Rs12/per packet and collected Rs372/ for 31 days.in violation of mrp guide lines.

I am a regular user of aavin milk for the past 30 years. I am getting it from the booth no.131 Lakshmipuram Chennai-99. We are buying aavin Nice and Green Magic. For the past six months, the quality of milk is very, very poor. When we boiled the milk to make curd, the curd becomes non sticky paste (just like Mixed maida) The little children and aged people doesn't like it. I request the concerned authority to look in to the matter and rectify the same.

i used to buy aavin milk at thiruvanmiyur kamarajnagar aavin booth.but nowadays whenever i go to buy they say no milk.oneday i personally saw that a huge bag of all kind of milk pockets nearly 20 to25 packets of milk were sold to nearby restaurant named BISMI BIRIYANI SHOP and also to nearby vegetable shops.so that we are not able to buy.i request you to kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
