I have joined accurate company for online form filling work and they made me sign a agreement that if i am not able to complete the work or i am having more than 200 mistakes i have to pay them 5200rs. After i submitted my work and i was having more than 200 mistakes. Now a lawyer is just mailing me and threatening me that i have to pay more than 8000 rs, which is higher than the actual amount in the contract. Otherwise he will file a case...

This is a complaint against the company named "accurate" that lures public to join their company showing heavy salary and their advocate for statements stated in the legal notice sent to me being incorrect of "consequently contacting me till today". Moreover there are a lot of complaints against this company and their advocate...

I got a mail from one of the representatives of accurate in response to the part time job search from click india... They claim that they made a legal agreement about the payment... On completion of work from my side, i received a call from their representative stating that out of 2200 forms 8 works r nt yet submitted and thus i need to submit 7600rs to them.. If i failed to do so they threat to take legal action against me......

This data entry job and form filling ACCURATE company is fake. There are 10-15 companies run by similar people using different contact numbers and harassing the people. I found the ad on online and contacted accurate a fraud guy and he called me and spoke me nicely. So i paid 1650 and started working towards the form filling jobs.
I finished the all the forms and submitted after verifying 2 times. They asked me to submit for qc report.
On seeing the report, i was shocked, they showed wrong for many forms that makes failed us as per their agreement.

I submitted my work on time but thet failed my qc report and now they are calling me sending me mails and text that you have to pay 8000 rs or your case will be find in court... And they will send notice at my home.. Ply tell me what to do? They are threatening me now.....

I online apply for job and one day i receive one call from accurate, she told me about this company, and said that if you do the work then you can get 40000.
But my friend said that this company is fraud and i searched about the same. So i did not do this work.
They are saying my qc failed n now demanding 9k... I cant pay this much n if i wont pay they wil file a legal case... M really worried...

Accurate are frauds n cheaters... They first take your sign and photo of yours and then they paste them in a agreement digitally which include some terms and conditions. After that they give u password and id then you will have to fill 2200 forms in 20days and if you ll submit the 2200 forms they ll told you that u didn't achieve the accuracy of 91%. And they didn't pay u a single penny. This company is totally fraud. Dont give them any money....

I receive a call from the company name ACCURATE. He told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat and in that they write if you wont complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling name of the company i see so many complaint about that company. And after see that i cannot start my work.

Recently i took form filling job from accurate, let me mak u aware that datalink infotype has changed their name to accurate... 200 forms in 7 days. As i was excited bout the job i completed my job and put in all my hard work an wanted to submit my work asap. After submitting my work i called them to ask about my salary, they rudely denied saying that i failed my qc n my work is not efficient. And now i wil have to pay them 8000 penalties......

Accurate n Datalink Infotype are the same company doing fraud with innocent ppl by providing home based form filling job.
I have been also trapped by these companies pls join us n never work with these fake company...
legal charges wil be applied on u even after u complete ur work successfully n accurately.....

I've accidentally joined this pathetic company named accurate. I didn't knew earlier that this company was a fraud company. I came to know by reading all consumer reviews in this site. Can anyone tell me that is it practically possible to complete 800 forms in 7 days? Which means more than 100 forms a day... Is it possible practically? Also they have said that they will anyhow seize 4000 either from salary deduction or through cancellation...

The cheater company accurate n frauds called me and said that "i saw your profile through monster.. U r eligible to do this part time form filling job, etc". They sent the agreement "not submission or any failure means need to pay 6500" is mentioned and i[censored] beat the cut off forms, u will receive the money for that. I completed 99% forms and remaining was not completed because of that website problem only. They are calling me and threatening...

A new company in the market named accurate, called me for online work, they send me an agreement letter for signing but i didn't signed but they genrate my id forcefully that you accepted our otp. I have proof that i didn't signed any agreement, now they asking me to pay money. But as i do not accept their agreement so why should i pay. According to the agreement and rules, if i complete form filling with no errors in given time then he wil pay 25 rs per form, i submitted my work with full accuracy with no errors.
