I have purchased ActFiber internet service with six month advance subscription. I have face multiple problem and still proper service is not established.
When cable was installed, 50 to 100 meter length extra fiber cable was left on my terrace in random manner and router was not fixed proper in my house. Extra cable and proper wiring done after multiple call to local person. It completed after one and half month. (Handling both employed person are most helpless surname/name start with S/S and Z/H).

Since then net is frequently down and majorly on week end -- Saturday/ Sunday. So net and TV channel every thing will be off. Initially I was not complaining as technical understanding and do not have idea to register complain on help line.
Then in between for one long net cut off company have arrange for one day refund(Funny).

Still problem is continue. You can check my recent complain SR[protected] dated 02 or 03.09.2023 solved after more then 48 hour. Again net down with complain number SR[protected] dated 10.09.2023 and still problem not solved.
I have posted multiple mail and call for it. Just company got advance of six month so no body is bother about it. Also every month I have call that activate my channel subscription which turn off every month.

It seem company it not interested and able to provide service. If so give my full advance payment as harassment penalty and disconnect the connection. Look in to all history.

    I have raised my first complaint on 29th August 2021 as my internet is not working. As per their policy they have cleared my issue within 24hours. Again I got issue with internet on 30th August 2021 they said 24hours. I have an issue in junction box and cable issue which they are not clearing from last 3 months. Now the issue has raised as internet is disconnecting frequently. From 29 August 2021 to 10 September 2021 I have raised daily 1 complaint which is total 13 complaints still they didn't resolved my issue. They are saying within 24 hours your issue will clear and they also will not give my money back if the issue clear within 24hours so daily they are clearly and issue is coming again and again when it will be clear I don't know. But they are saying it will clear within 24hours. That 24hours are not coming from last 13days and also repayment will not done as the issue is cleared within 24hours.
