I purchased a geyser from Activa Appliances one month ago and it found to be leaking 10 days before. After checking it with 3rd party service vendor It shows up like there is internal damage happened over Geyser tank. I contacted customer service and they ask for invoice over WhatsApp number. After sharing the same they copy pasted the policy terms and said I have to send the appliance at my own cost and my labour. The pathetic conversation...

I have purchased geyser through Amazon, however it started leaking within few weeks. We have sent the geyser to the warehouse for repair and now no one is responding or giving any status update on the service. This is the worst company ever...
