defective product and no installation support

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against [Activa Geysey] and [E-commerce Platform- Amazon India], for selling a defective geyser and failing to provide any after-sales service despite repeated requests.

I purchased a geyser from Activa Appliances one month ago and it found to be leaking 10 days before. After checking it with 3rd party service vendor It shows up like there is internal damage happened over Geyser tank. I contacted customer service and they ask for invoice over WhatsApp number. After sharing the same they copy pasted the policy terms and said I have to send the appliance at my own cost and my labour. The pathetic conversation leads to one outcome only that they are not ready to.listen anything and continuously saying that I have to send on my own however they still not see there policy where it is also mentioned that I can ask for service pickup from them and I can pay. Add on to that one service agent called up today and asking to do registration for the complaint. After asking further and telling her about the policy she the service agent behaviour got so bad, unmannered and rude . She was treating and saying all the time that you are not only one customer for us we ha ve many more and all and after talking some wrong words she hang up the.phone herself. After all this they have not provided any resolution and still delaying the process which I think what they have been trained for by the company.

    I have purchased geyser through Amazon, however it started leaking within few weeks. We have sent the geyser to the warehouse for repair and now no one is responding or giving any status update on the service. This is the worst company ever
