I am at an akshaya center right now to apply for pan card.
The people here demanded a very high fee for the application of pan card and is not even completing the whole application process saying some excuses. I have to come again tomorrow to make them do it properly. They have not even provided me a receipt for the high fee i had to pay.
This is such a bad experience from a government initiative service proving center. I wish they could be a little more responsible and stop looting people. They really have to stop wasting people's time. I need the temporary pan number for an urgent matter in bank. Now i have to wait for it because the people here are refusing to do it soon.
It's very poor performance in Narikkuni Akshaya centre. Iam waited here about 2 and more hours to process non creamylayer certificate application. This results to spend my valuable time. The Akshaya centre is not working fast. Executives are very slow workers.
So, kindly take action to solve this problem immediately.

I approached akshaya centre thiruvankulam for enrolling aadhaar to my 360 days old child. Before approching directly i made phone calls several times and they didn't pick it up then i go with my child and and asked why don't you attend phone calls and the concerned person who is in charge of enrolling aadhaar reacted furiously and told me that the phone is for our purposes and not for the public to call in. They didn't give me the necessary forms for enrollment and because of that i waited for two and half ours there and left the place. I think its governments policy to enroll aadhaar to every citizen of india, but this type of institutions and enrolling agents put us backward to do the same. So please take necessary action against them.

I have went akshaya center mutholy today 23rd november 2018. But he ignore my presence and he complete others applications. He is always ignoring children who come without their parents.
Please take action against him. One time he ignored my friend for giving application. If he repeat this, it will make difficulties for giving the government applications through akshaya. I request you to take action against him as soon as possible. Thank you.

Today at the akshaya center my friend had a bad experience while editing the details of adhaar card. The man is not inappropriate while talking to a woman and also angry with them. As per the rule the charge of editing is 25 rupees but they charged 30 rupees but the changes are fully mistaken (Name, address, date of birth) so i'm saying the centre is still inappropriate so please take the action

An akshya center in kangarapadi, ernakulam charged rs. 50/- for adding phoneno in my aadhar card. They claims that it is an akshay center but no id in the receipt they given. I asked them whether the correct charge is 50 or not one or two times. But the person confirmed it is fifty rs itself. From the site i came to know that it is just 25 rupees for aadhar updation.
          Please take the needy action

I had gone for aadhar enrolement for my children as it's mandatory in school these days. We reached akshay centre, nettoor by 12:45. There was no proper direction to whom we ought to approach. After five min of initial waiting, one person directed me to the girl who is responsible for enrolment.
She was not interested right from the beginning, n she was asking her colleague in malayalam that i am done with and i am not interested in doing further ; i[censored] want u can do it. But the guy did not pay heed.
She started pretending that she is working on it and at sharp 1 she says system stopped working as they have to go to the mosque n it will open by three.
Requested her to do it as it may take hardly five min. She answered roughly saying it's there time to go to mosque.
Religion is important but is it so important than humans. Such irresponsibility should be avoided in future and people should stop playing religion card at the time of work
I have submited a application for my kids study for community certificate .But still the work is pending from last two month. And the last date of submiting in school has over.

E-pay is allowed in kerala for payment of land avenue taxes.
The akshaya centers are the payment points for it.
When they are dealing with public they are charging 5 times of the allowed amount.

In vayyattupuzha akshaya centre, they are collecting more than the amount for the services that are doing in akshaya more over the government notification that given to the akshaya all over Kerala.also there is no notice about the new charge that approved by the government of Kerala.

Akshaya e center ankamaly (This may be the address: address: angamaly,, peechanicadu, angamaly, kerala 683572) i am sure it is close to the kseb angamaly.

I went there to change my address and the staff laughed at me. Questioning me in a cheap manner why would want it that for? Who are you? Sort of questions. They said i need an id that shows the new address so they can change. I said i have rental contract on stamp paper. Then they said oh it is not possible and bla bla bla. Bank said i need aadhar to update my address and vice versa. Finally i went to cohin and they did it. Now i have the new address on my adhar. All of the staff are arrogant and too old to execute work. To be honest, india and kerala have not changed since 1995. Been living outside india since then. These people are taking the piss out of customers and do not show any respect and manners. They are there to harass other common people and make their lives hard. They do not provide the available services but mislead people. I do not think this forum will take any actions but i am expressing my feelings and letting others know about it so that they can avoid this center.

Today i had bad experience from akshaya pothanicad centre. I went to the centre with my wife, to change the aadhar card address of my wife. Instead of marriage certificate, she has no other id's that can prove the current address. But they refused to accept the marriage certificate. The have given me format to be filled by a guested officer. When we approach to an officer, the person told us that the marriage certificate and aadhar copy of husband is enough to change the address. For a clarification, we have approached another akshaya centre (Valakom), they told us the same as the officer said. Unfortunately their device have some complaint.

These kind of attitude from these employees are unjustifiable

Unfortunately i had to visit vennala akshaya center (Ernakulam district) today morning and the behaviour by a smart young lady officer was pathetic as she is not at all caring about who come first as she was only engaged in helping her beloved persons not even caring the people including old women who came before any one, i asked the young lady about this as she is not at all bothered about it.

I went to akshaya centre in neyyattinkara town to apply for pan card. When i reached them they told me that there i have to enter dateof birth instead of year in my aadar card and they asked a payment of 200 rupee to make this change means just to add date of birth. First payment is 100 and when they give that colour print out they ask another 100. And aftr this for pan card 300rupe and they told me to wait for 3 months to get my pan card. I don't have this much time and i went to another agency and the staff in that agency only asked a payment of 110 rupe for pan card. For income certificate also i paid rupee 60. Akshaya center in neyyattinkara town is killing ordinary people. I don't know if anyone took action against them by seeing this compliant. The man who is running akshaya centre in neyyattinkara town is a very cruel man because even for small child of 2 year old girl also he asked 200 for aadar and her parents from poor family paid the amount.
Very poor service. You have to wait forever, no order as first one serve basis and they treat as they are doing a favour. Speak very rudely. Not at all customer friendly.

I have to provide an income certificate to bank and had given a request via akshaya centre, burma road, kumarapuram few days back. Gave the documents requested by the lady there and rs.40. Today (5th june 2017) we got an sms message saying insufficient documents and the request has been returned/rejected from the village office. Went to the akshaya centre and asked the lady what all documents has to provided and showed the message. Her response was "do whatever the message says... I am busy here and can't do anything now" and turned her face away. Even though i waited she just kept on doing something else and wouldn't advice on what to do next.

The certificate cannot be obtained from the village office directly and hence we depend on these akshaya centres. How can we provide accurate information and get required certificates within the deadlines if the employees don't help? This is not the first time that lady showed attitude, but i couldn't take more of this.

I am an expat and came for 2 weeks leave. During this period i approached nearest akshaya center peruva, kottayam owned by lily t v (Csc code :kl[protected] for adhar card. The concerned lady, lily t v, was not in a position to grant the service and was asking me to go back and come after wards. After standing the queue for 1 hour, she refused to look into my matter as if she had some personal grievances on me. While standing up the queue, many other persons including aged people also faced the same behaviour from her. An experienced old age man told me that he is coming for the 4th time, for a simple matter.
With due respect to government and the procedures, i would like to seek your attention to such irresponsible persons who has taken up the charge of setting up akshaya centers, these kind of persons are exploiting time, money of both government and citizens. I still wonder what is the mental pleasure that they get when they refuse service. The lady, lily t v, was using computer when i approached her for taking adhar. The way she uses computer was also not acceptable as if she was drooling some thing in system. Please appoint some eligible young enterpreneurs with techncial knowledge rather than people with attitude not brain and mind.

I am an expatriate and i was in India on an emergency leave for 2 weeks. During that period, I visited 4 times to the Akhsaya Centre at Kundumon, Kollam district, to apply for Adhar card for myself, my wife and daughter.
the centre was open, but the guy sitting there said that the one to do the procedure is not here.
and finally as per his instruction, I went there for the 5th time on 1st April'17 at 2.15 PM, an I waited there till 4.00 PM to see the person starting his work. by 4:15 PM I asked him, 'when could I get the things done'. then he started typing the things and said to me "only for 1 person I will do the process' .
I said "my wife and daughters Aadhar registration also has to be done, and morover i have to return tomorrow.
and his reply was " you return or not return, it is your problem. I can do only for 1 person"
Then I took all the documents and left the place.
During that time I spent there, I saw 2, 3 people coming for complaining about various applications they submitted, which were not proceeded from that centre.
Now I came back to UAE without registration. again I have to go for the same work in any other location for the next time
I remember the agent name was written as (I.K Saiju)

After taking one day leave, I was searching each Akshaya Kendra near Trivandrum city premises to apply for adhaar for myself and my son. There were no clear directions or information as to which Akshaya office can serve the purpose. Finally, we reached Akshaya Kendra running at Trivandrum corporation office building. We were asked to fill in basic details and gave an appointment date to come after three weeks to consider the application. Though there had been no queues or waiting for the same, the official was not ready to give an appointment on the same day. After three weeks, I went again sacrificing my working hours / sessions at the fixed appointment time of 2 pm. To my surprise, there was a printout placed on the office entrance saying that the registration for adhaar at this office is stopped as of now. There had been no notification or calls to inform the matter, which would have saved our valuable time and money. The officials at the office neither have any kind of sympathy nor feeling of responsibility on dealing with this approach. The right way of action from their side is to at least to inform us would save our time and money. The attitude / things will not change / resolve unless there is any disciplinary action taken. Kindly take the matter into consideration and follow steps to avoid this in future.
I had the same problem with a center in Palakkad. I had registered on
April 1, 2017 and today (April 12, 2017) I went to the center to inquire
about the registration. They didn't even pretend to remember me, and
informed me that the registration closed on March 31, 2017 (why did they
write down my name on the 1st then?). Apparently, Aadhaar registration
dates are fixed by the government. You can find the dates for
enrollment from the Kerala government website:
http://uid.kerala.gov.in/aboutUidai.htm In your case, new dates haven't
been alloted for Trivandrum and you'll have to wait (I think).

                                  Sir,
We had submitted the application for change of address on the 18th Jan 2017.We paid the required fees and we had to under go all the formalities of photograph, finger-print and eye scan procedures. To our surprise on the 31st Jan, 2017 we were called by the office authorities to come again. When we reached there we were told to under go the whole process again, because they have lost all the previous details. They say some 200 applicants details has been deleted by mistake. The most depressing matter in the whole episode is that the office authorities do not give any satisfactory answer regarding this matter. They keep in dodging the applicant.
