defective design of the shoes (crack problem)

I have purchased shoes of model - frealia-97 from select city walk (Saket) which cost me inr10999 on 6th december 2017.
Used the pair just for once and it developed crack in front due to its design fault.
Submitted back the shoes at the same place and they said they will get back to me. Its been around 15 days, i have been trying to contact them on the no. They gave [protected] but nobody is picking up my call from last 1 week....

The sandals were purchased at phoenix kurla in 1st week of november. After wearing it once the strap broke and was shown to them. Firstly they did not replace it, which they should have ideally as had worn it just once. They informed me that they would repair and give me. Have been following up with them for last 15-20 days there is no reply and the concern person has got transferred to phoenix lower parel.
I think its not professional for a brand like aldo to do so.

    Hi i bought a new pair of aldo shoes from infiniti mall malad west mumbai at 25% off.. The shoes were of mrp 6990. I just wore them for the first time on 31st december 2017 and only after wearing once they have started to peel... This is extremely disappointing. On asking the showroom people they are telling me that you can’t keep shoes for a year and not use it.. How is that got to do anything with the quality of the shoe and it peeling off after wearing them for hardly 4-5 hours.

      Hi sir/madam,
      This is a complaining email about the quality of goods that you sell here, in india. Please don’t take these words on you as these are only for your company and it’s policy towards customers.
      Thank you, if you really taken out time from your busy schedule to read this and i appreciate it because this may be a reason for making this brand global.
      Now, we are back to the concern, i bought these shoes for-8000/-. I have hardly used them 10 or 12 times and now, the stitching is torn out! Apart from this the skin of shoe is also peel off which should be not done is leather shoes as they told me while purchasing this shoe. Great! But not expected this from a brand like-aldo.
      I bought this pair of shoes from subhash nagar pacific mall - and while buying this, the thought in my mind was your brand image that was shining like the product when i purchased it, now when i used it, it proved "all that glitters is not gold". So, basically, what is the result now?
      The result is the image of your brand has become like the status of this product which is eating dust in my shoe rack.
      And this also leads to an ambiguous conclusion - either you guys don’t maintain the quality or your retail stores sell fake products. I don’t know which one is correct but i know what should be done next.
      I will wait for my refund and your reply for next 15 days and then i shall be bound to process with national consumer helpline.
      I hope you will answer this if really care about customers.

        Hello sir,

        Considering the fact that how big the brand is, i never thought that the company will not help me in getting my white heels fixed or i was expecting them to change it.

        I bought a pair of white heels and i just wore it one time and the strap from one of the heels teared of. I reached out to the nearby store and requested them to change it or get the same fixed. But, no one bother to do anything.

        I literally ended up wasting my money after buying shoes from your company. I would still request some help from your end.

          Bought a pair from palladium aldo n strap broke in 1 wear within 1/2 hour ; cost of pair rs 4199/. I asked for email to complain to aldo and was provided wrong email by the manager mr salman. Inspite of repeated phone calls n visit to the shop, i have neither been given the correct email id, or got a replacement for my sandals. I even fwd the email to salman showing he had provided me wrong email. Inspite of 3 weeks, he has not forwarded the email to you n i’m at a loss of 4199/.
          Kindly replace the sandals at the earliest as the pair was defective! And take action against yourmanager

            I am in pain as a customer... I bought these lovely boots 4m noida dlf mall aldo store... But with sheer negligence the staff packed both left feet boots in d box. And now they say that all the stocks have gone 2 the warehouse. There was no help offered other than exchance... But i do not want to exchange i want the same boots back. If the staff trues m sure they can get them.

              Hey,
              I bought aldo white bag few days back and they had given me aldo cleanser costing rs 600 saying that it will help you removing all the dirt and stains from the white bag. But unfortunately, after getting the stain, i used it, nothing was removed and my bag remained stain. My bag is new and i have hardly used it before i was encountered with this problem. Kindly look into this matter and advice for how to resolve it.

              And i was told that quality is very superior. Shoes will not get damaged easily.. its been 3 months and gum of shoes came out.. shoes are not sticked to its sole... and also color faded..i am not satisfied at all. I want resolution please solve the problem asap.

                I took a bag of 8000 from ur store in chandigarh and in less than 15 days the brand name aldo started to come out.. N when i took the handbag to the store they din't took my complaint seriously. Plz help me with the solution. Else as we are your regular customer we wont visit ur store next time n wnt even suggest ny1 to go n buy stuff. Will be waiting for ur revert as soon as possible.

                  I had got a bag from this showroom of aldo on 12/10/2017. It was for my mom. Thinking its a big showroom in a prestigious mall i just randomly looked at the bag and purchased it.. It was on 25% off. Later when i brought it home.. I saw the buckles of the handle were different in design.. Two were of one design and the other two was of another.. The aldo... A came off just as i was unwrapping the bag i had got from the store the very next day.. And what was left of it was ldo.. I was highly embarassed infront of my mom who anyways doesnt believe in an expensive buy. But even after buying from an authentic location these big stores rip you off just because of little lack of attention to the details. I dont think these ppl sell aunthentic aldo as they didnt even give a certificate of warranty inside the bag. Moreover i tried calling the store and noone picked up. I am highly disappointed and angry at the store for selling me crap in an aldo cover. I spent more than 5grands on something which was a copy!! My mother had taken it back home so returning it was not an option that i could opt fr soon. Ph#[protected]

                    We have purchased a aldo handbag at your authorised store at vivian mall the product is overtly defective with all the rings falling off. Miss anushree who heads the store is giving evasive answers and offering to repair it which we have declined we are he'll bent on a replacement only of the same colour and no other. I am forced to shoot this complaining e mail because of a very poor response from your outlet.                       I purchased this aldo handbag in oct last year. On using it twice, in just two months, the sling had broken. I went to their store in pacific mall, subhash nagar, where one of the staff members replaced it with another side sling which was too long. I requested her to provide some other as it was way too long and difficult to manage but she guided me the way to carry the long sling instead and said they will not be able to help further as the product was purchased during sale period.
                      Now, after using the bag as suggested by her, in just one year, the bag has started to crack from the sides and all the threads are coming out.
                      I bought it for 4, 500 inr on discount and regret buying it because of such inferior quality of the product and poor customer service experience. Their staff deceived me. I want my money back for such an experience. This is not we expect from luxury brands. I would have rather bought a local bag from street and that would have been more durable.
                      I need an action as soon as possible!

                      I took bag from Aldo Andheri outlet first bag was damaged only then after so much pain they exchanged it and finally when I got the second bag in a month furs fall from back check the image . Really bad quality not worth what I paid now for my future bags I never go for aldo

                        It's just been 3 months I bought my Aldo watch from Vivyana mall Thane. The watch which I purchased is loosing its color from Rose gold to silver, never expected this from Big brand like Aldo. I saved bugs from my pocket money & bought that watch. I also have a warranty when I tried contacting Aldo at vivyana mall they refused to replace the product. I was big Aldo fan & have been using products since last 4 years but this is the first time I am not satisfied with the product & I doubt the Authenticity of the product.                           Aldo i thought is one of the good brands, where you get quality for the price you pay, but it is one inferior brand which will die down in indian markets because of poorest quality of bags they sell. The quality of bags is one of those we buy at sarojini nagar.
                          I bought a bag and a wallet worth 9000 rs from aldo dlf mall on 4th may. While buying the sales man told me that it has 3 months warranty on it. The hand bag material started...

Today i purchased a aldo chapel worth 6999.the sales girl offered a voucher of RS 1500.if i bought an another item of aldo first they told me to buy a shoe polisher worth 490 so that i could get the RS 1500 voucher as per the company deal.so i decided to buy a sunglass worth 1290 from the voucher i get .and collect remaining balance RS 210 any other time of purchase in aldo showroom within 31 may 2017 .Then the billier billed the sunglass instead of the shoe polish and spoke to me very badly and rudely when i asked for an cancelation.when i took my credit card and gave the payment.he was very rude and bad in behaviour please do something in this.

                            Last few months back I purchased Aldo Sunglasses from Malad Inorbit.
                            Quality is so cheap that one side of the frame is lose. When I visited the Malad Inorbit for the same concern Executive said we dont have repair department hence you have to do it on your own. We can't help you in this case.
                            Now, this is the Customer Service then while purchasing Aldo executive should have specified that if any concern arises with the product you have to do it on your own.

                            Now I feel helpless and annoyed with this brand. Very dissatisfied with this type of customer service. Will never ever recommend this brand to anyone.

                              I have buyed a wedges and the time i have buyed thoes it was on 50% discount now just after 15 days the same is in fresh arival...there's a quality issue, the leather is coming out so i want to exchange it to a new one as it was clearly told to me at time of purchase that if i face any issue i can exchange it in time phase of 3 months...and just after 10 days of my purchase i have realised that i have to change this because of noticable defect..but now the store where i bought it is not helping me out in any possible way..else than that i would mention that there is little level of respectfull and kind behaviour expected but they, the guys working there specially the one in turban was so rude and disrespectfull ( from pacific mall, tagore garden ) ...i will be oblised i[censored] help me through this in any possible way as m a regular buyer and i also love aldo so i dont want this bad experience to stay in my mind !

                                Disappointed customer!

                                On 28/08/2016 I bought sunglasses from the Aldo shop phoneix mall lower parel.Usually i prefer buying sunglasses from optician but being a regular buyer I preferred buying it from Aldo itself.

                                Nobody in friend circle liked the glasses so I preferred to get it exchanged for a different style.I spent Rs/1000 to & Fro on Transportation to get it exchanged from the same store.I wanted to buy in exchange another sunglasses of a higher value, but to my shock the Manager just simply refused to exchange it.When i asked why she didn't inform me that at the time of buying and why isn't its written on the bill that this product doesn't come under exchange policy she simply said we will take this request as a feedback and forward it but cannot do anything about it.
                                well definitely she doesn't have a little bit of managerial quality to value time and money of the customers.
                                The sunglasses packaging was intact, were not used, same store bill, i was buying more value product in exchange( apart from other shopping)but she managed to find an excuse and say NO.
                                I have attached a copy of my bill on which it is not mentioned that exchange of this product is not possible and also she has written on the bill that I refuse to Exchange this product.
                                If you guys would have mentioned this on the bill I would have saved my day and money on travelling and the time I am putting now to bring this issue forth.

                                I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously as now you know its not bout the money that I'm putting so much time, its about doing ethical business and not to take customer for granted.
                                If I don't like any of your product and I want to return/exchange it (not used even once) then I have my full rights.Afterall its my hard earned money and i wont waste even a penny on the things i don't like.

                                  Hi. One month I bought a formal business shoes from Aldo stores at Saket and I asked to show me the most comfortable shoe though I tried for 5 minutes and I found it fine so I bought it, after wearing 2 days it started paining and when I wear them for few more days it hurted me on fingers and had immense pain in foot which got unbearable so I went to the store within one week of my purchase & complaint so they told me it needs to be expanded for one week I came back again to collect and started wearing but the position was same so I requested them to change but they treated me badly as it is badly hurting & paining me in the foot and I cannot wear it anymore.

                                  I need a justice for my ₹ 8000 spent on a branded shoe thinking that it should be comfortable but I will never recommend it to anyone if a company like Aldo cannot stand in favour of the client who is really perturbed due to their bad shoe quality.

                                    I bought these black and white wedge heel shoes from Aldo a few weeks ago from Linking Road store (Khar, Mumbai) and the sole came out the first time i wore them. Sending you images of the shoe and the receipt.

                                    Have given the same to the factory outlet (Spoke to Mr Sagar) for repairs and i have been assured that i will get them back in 15 days.

                                    Customers dont expect a brand like Aldo to have such bad quality products, whether they are on sale or not.

                                    Please ensure that the products branded under Aldo go through quality testing in future.

                                      This is with reference to Major Brands Repair/ Alteration slip #28871, dated 12th July 2015. I bought an ALDO handbag from ALDO store at Phoenix Market City, Kurla in January 2015. After using it for only 3 days, the bag started showing cuts at its handles and near the zip. I gave the bag to the same store for alteration and repair, for which they gave a delivery date of 2 to 3 weeks after 12th July. I was waiting for a call from the store for the same, as they told that they will call, once the bag was repaired. But i didn't get any calls from them. After a month I went to the store and asked for the bag and they requested for a week's time more and told that the bag would be delivered to my address. Now, it's been exactly 2 months and the bag has not yet been delivered to me nor do i have got any calls from the store. ALDO India's website states that "ALDO is proud to offer the highest standard of customer service". Let me tell you that I am not at all satisfied with the kind of customer service ALDO is providing. I request you to get my handbag repaired as soon as possible or give me a refund of an amount equal to the bag's amount, which is around Rs.6, 000. Shilpa Mahajan [protected]@yahoo.in

                                      @sharanya rai... No, they haven't provided any refund or replacement since I didn't have the bill. If you have the receipt of the transaction, you might get either of the two. Try your luck!
                                      They have the poorest of poor services. The store people don't know how to handle customer grievances. Every time I visit the store, they tell me that they will get my bag delivered at my place. More than 3 months have passed and I haven't got my bag back. I feel like suing them. :/

                                        I purchased ALDO basic slipper last month after using it only for 7-9 days paint on the slipper started coming out. It's been only one month and it looks like years old slipper. Aldo being an international brand and very well known for its quality and assurance is not really very good what I see. I'm super disappointed and will never recommend it to anyone. Every time I look at them i regret my decision of opting for Aldo. Being a law student it is in curriculum to file any such consumer issue in court. As I tried a lot to contact your store in Delhi but failed please let me know what solution company provides in such situation.

                                          To Whom It May Concern, I am a long time customer of your company and I was very upset when I recently purchased one of your products ( Girl footwear ) only to have it be defective. Within two months, it has lots of wears and tears, the threads are coming out and looks like some road side purchase(of course, not because of any kind of rough use, but because of its poor quality). I am definitely not happy about it and would like you to handle this complaint swiftly. I would hope that this is simply a one-time thing, as I do not want to believe that this company has gone downhill so quickly. All that I am asking in this case is to receive my money back, as I do not believe that this product was delivered to me as promised. I am really not trying to be difficult, but it seems as though too many companies are now offering substandard products and expecting to get away with this. I, however, will not stand for spending my hard-earned money on an item, only to have it not only be defective, but not even be the same item that I thought I was purchasing. I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of this product is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I was really shocked when I recently visited one of your store ( Phoenix mall –whitefield Bangalore, one of your colleague told me that Aldo is the fashion brand, so you can’t expect any quality product from us and we will not take this product back . As per my knowledge, Aldo is the global company and they have some quality standard to be followed .
