These Allcheck deals people condradict each other internally.
I first talked to Mr. Shivank and he was offering BSP of Rs. 4959 psqft at Lotus Buleward 3C noida sec 100 project, and another guy Mr. Divyansh from the same company offered 5800 psqft and most surprisingly both prices are of fresh direct selling from builder i.e 3C's.
I would request Noida Authority and all concerned departments who are taking care...

i had booked a flat through allcheckdeals in emaar ,they have got there brokerage from builder long time back but they haven't yet given my money everytime when i asked about my money they say they will give but they never give any fixed date i am planning to take a legal action against them so i request all those are facing the same problem kindly register urself...

I have booked a home in Unitech Unihomes sector-117 noida, U.P. According to them when i will give 35% amount to unitech they will give back me about 2.5% of booking amount. The broker name was MUKUL. Now whenever i talked to him, he is refusing to give me the money. i have already pay 40% amount to unitech by feb'11. please help me in this regard....
