I submitted my phone for repair on 10/10/2014 in always progressive India Ltd it's model is Nokia lumia 620, imei no [protected] purchased from Credo cell Services on 1342013 till the date I am complaining I haven't received my phone back. Sir I had purchased a HTC Desire SV mobile and got it insured from New Mobile care company which is now merged into Always progressive INdia pvt ltd. Sir on 08/10/2014 a person from Always India progressive India Pvt Ltd. came to my house and took my phone with him for repairing and gave me the receipt. Every time when I call to their office they said your phone will be delivered next week. Not almost one and half month has passed they yet...
