I have invested Rs 4 lacs in Amay Home services Jaipur under buy back scheme. I invested 2 lacs each in March 09 and May 09. I was promised a return of 50 % in next 5 months. Those 5 months never came.The check issued by the Amay Home services were bounced. I even met Mr Rohit suri who promised me to return the money in Dec 09 but all in vain.

unit no. 22-26/35-38, 3rd floor, orbit mall,Arcade International , Ajmer Road

We have booked 2 falts which we have payed 10% rest was loan from idbi bank ,
Rohit Suri was supposed to pay the intrest emi to the bank until the possession
which he has not down for past 6 months .
