I booked a holiday package and paid 60, 000. After receiving the money, the travel agents don't answer your calls or update anything. You will not get any of your money back. Please try to avoid this fraud andaman tour travel/garlic holidays.

It is in regards to my tour an travel to Andaman in Feb 2019. I booked my itinerary thru Andaman Tour and Travel by Garlic Holidays.
I had very bad experience during my travel. They changed hotel agreed at every place i stayed and In addition, I paid INR 1900 from my pocket for ferry charges and they also failed to provide for Jet skiing.

In view of above ferry charges and amount for jet skiing, They agreed to process the refund of INR 3500. Despite the repeated followups and reminder for last 10 months, same has not been processed.

Request your intervention for processing the refund of INR 3500 immediately.

Dear all, if you want to spoil your trip then only deal with andaman tourtravel agency, arun is the manager and pravin was the agent in my case. I contacted them for andaman trip. From the day one of interaction the agent pravin is pushing me to deposit some token amount[protected]. After lots of discussion/changes, i finally ok the itenary and send 3000/- rs. To them through google pay as token amount. But once he got the payment, his response changed, oct 20th, i called them and msg them, but no revert came from both. Oct-21 a what’s app msg came and he said give me 10mnt. 23rd oct i got a reply on message, he was asking for balance money deposit, and i requested them that i’m not interested now please refund my amount after that no response, later on 29th arun the manager confirmed that i will get my money back tomorrow (30th oct) now both arun and pravin not taking my calls and not replying on my messages.

We had booked a trip to andaman for 10 senior citizen ladies with this travel company before 2 months of travel. But in-spite of confirming every time on weekly basis they didn't made any proper arrangements as per the itinerary.
Before the trip they had changed the hotel confirmation twice saying unavailability of rooms. At the first place, they should had checked with the hotels before pitching them to us.
