Respected Sir,

I am swamy from yerravaram village and yellamanchili mandal. An anganwardi placed near to our street and her name . She is not distributing govt supplies eggs and milk properly. One month she will give another month won't give the ration. If we ask anything, she is behaving rudely and suggest to register a complaint against her. In my village having more than 30 kids above the 3 years age, but only 5-10 members are coming to the anganvadi, remaining 25-20 members shows in app but she just tick they came and collect all, but actually not.

I request you to take some sevier action on her.

The Anganwadi worker of our region is very careless and irresponsible. She is not doing her work well here. Not provided me any ration and also not submitted my documents for maternity benefits by government.

I'm Prasanna Kumar from Yerraguntla village of Bandi atmakur mandal which comes under Nandyala district. I am complaining on the anganwadi doctors/head nurse as they are not registering my Mrs name even she is in 3 months of pregnancy. Basically we are living in Hyderabad, came here for the job purpose. They said that you shall register your name in Telangana state only not in AP. But, we want to be register in my village only because of we are not a permanent residence of Telangana state. So please accept my complaint and do the needful.

She is not properly issuing food to pregnant women and she is very rude to people please take a proper action against her

Food is not properly distributed to children's & Mother's they only taking all food items in your name. Pease take action make as digital its like biometric

My sister is pregnant during 7th month she came from tamil Nadu to karnataka so then my mother enrolled her name in anganwadi of chickballapur 25th ward, on Jan around 14th they issued eggs then again in Feb when we asked they said we have already issued so in next month you will get it and then again when my mother asked they said feb's eggs will be issued on March..., like that they have been making excuses and when we go and ask them they said medam is not there now, talk with her when she comes here but we don't know when she will come and why we should wait.

Anganwadi workers neither distribute the food to the children but instead give it to neighbors nor do they come on time.

I had applied for Karnataka Mathrushree Yojana while I was pregnant, I submitted all my documents in the 2 nd month of pregnancy. Now I have delivered my baby he is of 2 months and i still haven't received the 6000rs of this scheme nor I get any food from the anganwadi teacher.

They refuse to take child admission

I am from chakan, Pune. Here Andanwadi teacher working at Gawatewasti, chakan, pune 410501. Is behaving rudely with SC category people whose children registered name at this anganwadi branch. This teacher not giving food material supplied by Government to parents & not receiving calls from parents also . she demanding when she calls to parents in span of 4 months & on that day only she gives food material & not on any other day.. she give food material once in 4 months & on that perticular day only.. she talking and behaving with parents rudely. So please take action as soon as possible against such teacher who's making discrimination in society.

Agrahara layout anganwadi worker (Rekha) is not providing food supplies monthly wise. She uses the same for her own departmental stores. And people feel the brunt because of her reckless attitude.

श्रीमान मेरा नाम संदीप कुमार पुत्र श्री जान रहा हूं जाति रामदासिया गांव चोपन आरबी तहसील रायसिंहनगर जिला श्रीगंगानगर का रहने वाला हूं श्रीमान मेरे गांव चोपन आरबी में आंगनवाड़ी स्कूल में मेरी बच्चियां जाती है श्रीमान मेरी बड़े वाली बच्ची जो अब प्राइमरी स्कूल चोपन आर बी मैं जाती हैं जो पहले आंगनबाड़ी में जाती थी अब मेरी छोटी बच्ची आंगनबाड़ी में जाना चाहती है श्रीमान आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता कमला देवी के द्वारा मेरी बच्चियों के साथ मेरे परिवार की आपसी झगड़ा होने के कारण मेरी बच्चियों को आंगनवाड़ी स्कूल में बैठने से मना किया जाता है जब मेरी पत्नी गुरप्रीत कौर मेरी बच्ची को आंगनवाड़ी स्कूल में छोड़ने जाती है तो कमला देवी के द्वारा मेरी बच्ची को आंगनवाड़ी स्कूल में बैठने में मना किया जाता है नाही मेरी बच्चियों को सही ढंग से राशन दिया जाता है नाही मेरी बच्चियों को स्कूल में लेकर जाया जाता है श्रीमान आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता कमला देवी मेरी बच्ची को ना तो स्कूल में बैठने देती है ना ही सही ढंग से राशन देती है नाही मेरी बच्ची को स्कूल में लेकर जाती है श्रीमान 1 साल पहले जब मेरी बच्ची जिसका नाम जनत है श्रीमान उसको भी ऐसा ही किया जाता था मैंने श्रीमान 181 नंबर पर जो राजस्थान टोल फ्री नंबर है कॉल करा था शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी लेकिन श्रीमान शिकायत के दौरान कमला देवी ने गांव के लोगों को इकट्ठा करके बोला है कि मैं आपकी बच्चियों को स्कूल से लेकर भी जाऊंगी और छोड़कर भी जाऊंगी उसके बाद भी शिकायत बंद होने के बाद मेरे बड़े वाली बच्ची के साथ कमला देवी का रोज पूर्ण दुर्व्यवहार जारी रहा श्रीमान हमारे परिवारिक संबंध अच्छे नहीं हैं लेकिन श्रीमान कमला देवी हमारे परिवार के संबंधों को मेरी बच्चियों में स्कूल में जाकर अपने पद का गलत उपयोग करती है श्रीमान मैं एक गरीब मजदूर हूं मेरे पास इतना समय नहीं है कि मैं बार-बार कमला देवी की शिकायत दर्ज करूं श्रीमान कमला देवी आंगनवाड़ी स्कूल् में अपने बॉस अपने पद का गलत प्रयोग कर रही है आंगनवाड़ी में 5 बच्चों के नाम लिखे हुए हैं टोटल 20 बच्चे हैं 15 बच्चों को फर्जीवाड़ा चला कर राशन खुद उठा रही है बच्चों का राशन सही ढंग से नहीं मिल पा रहा है नाही बच्चों को सही ढंग से पढ़ाया जा रहा है श्रीमान मैं 181 पर शिकायत दर्ज करवा चुका हूं अब मैं दोबारा शिकायत दर्ज करवा रहा हूं श्रीमान कमला देवी को जो आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता है उसके पद का सही तरीके से काम करने के लिए अवगत करवाया जाए एवं मेरी बच्चियों के साथ अच्छा व्यवहार किया जाए कमला देवी जो आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता है उसके द्वारा यह बोला जाता है कि मैं ऐसे ही करूंगी मेरे को रोकने वाले आप लोग कौन होते हो मैं आपकी बच्चियों को घर से लेकर जाऊं या ना जाऊं यह मेरी मर्जी है राशन दूर जाना दूं यह भी मेरी मर्जी है क्योंकि आंगनबाड़ी मैं चला रही हूं इसमें मेरा राज चलेगा आप लोग मुझे कुछ नहीं कर सकते श्रीमान मैं तो कुछ नहीं कर सकता लेकिन मैं विभाग से अपील करता हूं कि ऐसी आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता को सबक सिखाया जाए एवं सरकार के द्वारा बच्चों के लिए जो जो फायदे दिए जाते हैं वह बच्चों तक पहुंचे जाएं लास्ट अंत में मैं फिर यही कहूंगा कि मुझे न्याय दिलाया जाए मेरी बच्चियों को न्याय दिलाया जाए मेरी बच्चियों को पढ़ाया जाए मेरे पास इतने पैसे नहीं है कि मैं उनको प्राइवेट स्कूल में लगा दूं सर धन्यवाद

Anganwadi is for the user who provide everything in anganwadi, I have one son but nothing a to z have given by anganwadi provider, they use double govt job, no one want to complain about, but now enough is enough, sir/mam plz do something about us.

Ladies teacher's husband of anganwadi behave rudly with child parents. They just provide rice, dal and bad quality nutrela .
What about medicines and anganwadi things.Husband of teacher told that this is not a dealer ration.So please help us.

Sir my village anganwadi not giving baby kit for my baby plz action againest them

Hi sir / Madam, We have not get the anganwadi baby food from last 14 months. When I asked to the anganwadi madam Vaishali Bengle contact no [protected] she told me you will receive from next mont. Anganwadi school is running in this area from around a year. The anganwadi people create a mess in the surrounding they throw food packets of food item and other garbage in the surrounding which is very unhealthy and create a very unhealthy atmosphere. We talk to the anganwadi teachers about this behaviour but there ignorant attitude is beyond any this.

Please take this matter as very serious issue.

We live in Bochasan village of Borsad taluk and the facility of Anganwadi workers in this area is so cheap and worst facility. They did not give any kind of food before and after delivery. And whenever it is given, it is given only once in 4 to 5 months. Other than that they use all the feed in their house. They did not give any kind of money after the delivery of the daughter as per Central and State Govt. Even though it has been 3 months since delivery to my wife today, no action has been taken yet. Respected sir (Bochasan area) Anganwadi workers and Asha workers are corrupt and dishonest. Please sir take any kind of action against him. @sdmborsad @NHMGujarat

My son is 2 yrs of age, we were getting ration from anganwadi till last month. This month they stopped the ration saying we have put our kid in play school so we cant get the benefit. Benefit is only given if we admit the children in anganwadi. When the minimum age of admission in anganwadi is 3yrs. They should provide ration till 3 yrs. Further if we dont do admision in anganwadi at age of 3 yrs then they should stop the ration. But before that they stopped saying there are no chances that we will admit them in anganwadi later so stopped since now. What is this rule ?? PM poshan scheme is for children till 6 yrs. This is how government employees are misguiding public and taking benefits.

I am running with 8th month of pregnancy and asked for thayi card in the 3rd month of pregnancy they haven't issued and now they have given but anganavadi teacher is with her rude behavior informing that we have to collect it from husbands home it will be not given from mothers home we have to collect thayi card after 7months that all the things she is telling after getting thayi card also and no information given regarding food provided by anganwadi to pregnancy lady she is eagerly asking about the benefit scheme once you recieve the money you have to come and inform that all the things.

Madam I would like to bring to your kind notice the discrepancies and mishaps that were being taken place in the public welfare schemes initiated by the government of Andra Pradesh Through the government is very particular about the transparency in implementing the schemes with a noble intention. That the benefits should reach all the eligible candidates across the state.

We are writing this against our 7th ward anganward teacher (center code 198). She advances to aspersion and started hurling expletives with the most corrosive and abusive words, when we tried to claim our right, the groceries. Madam she ( anganwadi teacher) is not given groceries properly every month. She will not inform us when the groceries are in stock and also when we call her she will not pick and respond properly. She skips giving eggs, milk, pulses, oil packets and walnuts past few months. In some centers all items are given but in this center half of the goods are missing. Because there is no list what goods are given each month. Many items are given in rural areas but not given in this center. If we ask she will tell that there is no stock, not sure whether really stock is not there or selling to someone from outside. Madam she (teacher) said that I will do I have right do anything, and scolding like we were the beggars taking our products. Madam we told our government has giving this, why you are scolding us, every time we are facing it.
Madam government giving 3kg of rice per pregnant lady she(teacher) giving 1.5kg since two months. She gave no milk packets and she gave out of 5 liters milk she giving 3 lit milk only. Out of 30 eggs she is giving 20 eggs every month here is where Sundays and holidays are cut. Every month many products especially pulses, oil packets and walnuts are missing. She did not given to walnuts past 5 months. If I asks she becomes very harsh.( selling to someone from outside). Madam if they went to anganwadi center to collect rice and milk the staff treated like a dog on them, and scolds them like the pregnant ladies are beggars they don’t have food to eat. That says they came to anganwadies. She sells away every month all the government supplies rice, eggs, walnuts, pulses etc. the exact amount of items as given by the government and inform pregnant ladies. That they are not getting supplies by the government. This is also a way of corruption.

* Madam doesn’t like to give products also we are not able to do anything because we are just a common people.
* I kindly request you to please do the needful of justice about us hopping our government will support us.

She never provided the government provided food to pregnant ladies nurtrimix. When asking about food she saying that out of stock...how it is possible..all the month one vehicle come and loading the sack of product.and with people count only product coming know..than how it will become out of stock...and when we are going the product she saying that Aya too busy don't disturb her..aya saying that I am not busy at all..but at that time she is shouting her infront o[censored]s..She is selling those food items in shops and distributing it among her relatives.
She abuses anyone inquiring about the same. She never submits the filled up forms sumbitted to her for governmental benefits.

Hi Sir/Madam,

We are living in Jwala Nagar Rampur-244901 Uttar pradesh, In Jwala nagar there are lot's of anganwadi kendra but they don't provide poshan Aahar on every month, Last time they provided poshan on feburary-2022 and now it's received May-2022 month, when we ask this to Anganwadi worker then she told us whenever they will received then they will provide us. As per govt. scheme it should be distribute to children's every month but it's not happened in Jwala nagar area So can you please check this in records, physically and check this randomly then you get this it's happened in only jwala nagar area or all rampur area's.
