Dear sir,

In our area, anganwadi teacher is not making registration of pregnant women for available benefits from the government scheme. Every time she makes any excuses and she talks very rudely. Please take appropriate action on her. I don't know the name of that teacher but she is the daughter of past sarpanch.

Our anganvadi is not allowing ration for pregnant womens & new born baby's food properly. When i asked about this, the anganvadi worked said that the ration is out of stock since april 2019. Every month i am asking for the ration but the anganvadi worker mani mala and her mother stealing baby's balasanjivani. They are opening the balasanjivani and taking some of items and delivered the bag.

When they delivered my baby on june 2th 2019 till this day the anganvadi worker or helper didn't enquire about the child or inform us about the vaccinations. As the condition is getting worse day by day i am not sure about receiving allowances for me and my child from government authorities.

So please take necessary action against this anganvadi worker. Details of anganvadi is listed below,

Anganwadi teacher and aya doing fraud in supplying eggs and milk to pregnant ladies and they are selling milk and eggs in black for money and they didn't gave eggs and milk to me if i asked about that fraud they are replied in rude way and i've 4th month pregnancy.
Please as soon as possible resolve my issue and take a proper action against this pendurti nallaqwari anganwadi teacher and aya.

I am 7th month pregnant. I have registered in anganvadi in my 6th month on june 26. The anganvadi teacher registered me at anm also. But till now no store products is giving for me. Every time i am calling them the teacher is telling store is not there. So wait until it comes. Please solve this whether the anganvadi workers are eating public's store products or really store is not there.

I want to enroll my name at anganwadi kendra, but the supervisor is not coming since a month. Some times she just coming for give attendance and immediately disappearing. I am 4 months pregnant. This is necessary me to enroll my name for future. This is not only my problem, many children and women facing problem with kind of attitude of responsible employs, please resolve our problem as soon as possible. My nearest anganwadi kendra is at Maddilapalem, mangapuram colony. Visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.

She mrs mamata swain demanding to gave some rupees on credited the amount rs. 15000.in shg group account, she will spoke the to group member she issue the amount, then give me re 2000, my point is she is a salaried person and she receive the salary by govt by odisha why she is demanding the money in every moment like new born child also many more segment plz action against her, plz see the billow mentioned anganawadi member detail

But waha ki worker (Anganwadi sevika) hame food matalb aahar dene see mana kar rahi. Kuch reason bol rahi hai aapka nam registred nhi hai. Aur nam bhi le nahi rahi hai. Hamare baby ka monthly aahar wah black me sell kr rahe hai. Please help meri baby ke health ke liye.

I want to take this issue in ur concern in this village the aganwadi kendra does not distribute any food to to any children, it is very disheartening people are being died due to starvation and these people are so inhumane,, sell all government's rashion in the market i m 22 years old i never seen for any month if he is distributing any food or books to children or pregnat women

Hello sir, i am from vill/p. O - rajawala, shiv shakti marg, via - premnagar, dist - dehradun.
From the past 2 year i am seeing no diet and proper time is giving to children. Weekly diet chart giving by government is not provided here. Only salted namkeen is giving on daily basis. Teacher is absent from duties. Also i have seen when checking team is come prior information is giving to them that i we are coming that day they give aloo paratha to students.
Negative effects - no parents sending their children because no proper sanitisation is available and proper diet.
I am having proper photos of that. If you are not taking urgent action in this, i will lodge complaint against you in next 10 days in rti.

Es anganbadi me ek v bacha nhi ate.. Pr attendence register me daily 25 see 30 bacho ka attendence bnta hai.. Maximum days children ko ek - ek biskit de kr bhej diya jata hai... Kuch bolne pr galiya deti hai or bolti hai ki government anganbadi ke naam pr koi chawal, daal, and nhi deti...
Anganwadi sevika ke mobile pr baaten krti rhti hai bacho ka care nhi krti... Esse pahle v maine complain kiya than pr koi karwai aapne nhi kiya... So please es baat pr dhyan diya jay... Qk aj ke bache kl ke bhavisya hai...

My baby is one n half year and during the tika karan blood 💉 blood destroy also after tikakaran child like a last condition so i m going to pvt hospital, and doctor says about if any injection gave to child than also recommend a drop which is relief for pain but at our aganwari member no any instruction.

I am very serious about this matter also if any accident with me m complain to consumer form about all.

In my village anganwadi teacher is not supplying a milk and other foods. Even they don't care the children at the anganwadi centre, so there were don't want to go any child this anganwadi. Anganwadi operator and helper (Sevika) both using mobile call every time at working time they don't given any material to children for play and study so please take instant action..

Sir / mam i am residence of dehradun, there is one anganwadi centre, when ever my wife and sister in law go there to collect the grain they always refuse to give and use very harsh language,
They also beat small kids and do not provide sufficient diet to them
I humbly request to look into the matter and brief the staff to bahave like a human and pls ask them to not to create a humilating environment int the center...

Anganwadi teacher in visakhapatnam near to vepagunta branch (Next to shivalyam temple). A lot of scam is going on here.. She had given me eggs (8) from last 4 months and saying no eggs and milk has been supplied from past few months. And under dept of women development and child welfare, she suppose to give pre and post natal women chikki, date's, jaggery, thill chikki, ragi powder (People with hemoglobin less than 11 should receive those ingredients form government).. This my 3rd month after delivery.. I took only once in all 12 month's..
People should receive phone calls from help line regarding confirmation of receiving eggs, milk and other stuff.. Till now i hadn't received any phone call..
Please take the action immediately

In my neighbor anganwadi is there where teacher never comes to teach the kids and 1 lady (Nt teacher) just gives food to the children and sent them back without any teaching and when inspection is happening they all come and start teaching on that day only this is happening from last 6 years and more pls help the children future of india and i told the teachers i ll complain abt u they told go u cant do anything.

In my village anganawadi teacher is not supplying eggs, milk and other food supplied through this anganawadi centers. When questioned by the people for eggs and other things they told government doesn't supply sufficient quantity of things bcoz of this we won't distribute. If want to complain you will do that. You don't do anything to me they said very recklessly. Even they don't took the children to the anganwadi centres. They use the eggs and other products for their personal use
The anganawadi teacher husband has support from mpp of nagaram mandal.
Please take necessary actions against this we complailnt to higher athorities they don't take any action.

This is praveen from kandukur prakasam district, my sister-in-law presently 6th month pregnent, we came to know that she have to get 12 eggs and four milk packets in a week, but not getting properly, on asking the authorities saying that, to our division not getting of proper loads... And once see the milk pack properly, saying that tetra pack, but it is not a single pack properly, and those milk are as worst as possible, i think those are getting out without atleast a single checking... We came to know that those milk have to use with in one month but getting those packs after a one month... Then when to use making a big question... Respected sir, once serve them in our secretariat for one week and see the results, one use it in form of curd... You can came to know the complications... If it going to continue... It will be going to huge black mark on the state... Where we are, that is the food providing to the pregnent ladies, it is nothing but killing of to life's,... Please go through this complaint... Take it as a request... Involve fci and if possible remove that worst scheme... No use of it rather than getting so many health issues.

I am complaining of my local anganwadi / health center this is because of me and my wife reach to anganwadi because of my 5 month baby daughter found fever and cough but when doctor has written prescription of medicine and when we reach out to medicine dispatch center there one lady behavior was very rudely with us she told us this type any could cough medicine is not available with us and when i ask when it will be available and my daughter have cough and fever she told me we don't care and we don't know when medicine will be available and hence i back to my home with my daughter and wife without getting any help from anganwadi.

Her name is rama anganwadi center in godavarikhani gandhinagar division.
She sells away all the govt supplies rice bags eggs pulses and 10 to 12 oil packets every month and gets money through fraud. She don't give the exact amount of items as given by govt and informs ladies that they are not getting supplies by the govt.. This is also a way of corruption... N dis should be strictly actioned.
Please take some action against this type of fake work. They not only make people fool but they waste government money too.

Ladli laxmi yojana not done by aganwadi madam.. I submitted whole the documents on november, again she told us submit this document we again submitted.. We told madam plz call us whenever any document is left but she didnt call.. Now my husband go there her maid told plz submit whole the documents again.. What is this sir... How many times i havd to submit the documents.. Madam time is not fixed there.. Whenever madam came nobody knows there.. How many times i have to go there.. Kitne round lga chuke hain hum... But madam kbhi nhi mili.. I asked from neighbours also they told us unka time fix nhi h kabi bhi aa jati h

The anganavadi in chellikere village kalyannagar kr pram is providing with our products but saying most of the products got over everymonth we come in the first week of a month. This issue is prevailing for so long but its getting severe month by month. I am writing this e-mail to lodge a complaint against the teacher and ayyaamma in
Palvadi (Anganvadi) which is functioning at gandhinagar, nathamedu, authoor (Post),
Karur - 639 002. This gandhinagar was previously known as samathuvapuram.

Now, i am coming to the point, both the staffs in this anganvadi are not attentive
In their work, an afternoon meals served to the childrens are not hygienic and clean.
Moreover, complete ingredients and food products are being taken by these two
Staffs and nothing is left for the childrens.in fact they are selling lentils and sathumavu
At the low prices to others and also seen sathumavu is being fed to their cattle's
And buffalo's in their home.

Even if we ask those staffs not to take away the government property, they are
Simply saying that, their higher authorities are urging them to do so and they have
To pay equal shares from the stolen products to that authorities.

We the peoples of that gandhinagar village request you to please stop running
That anganvadi because there is no use for the childrens rather it has got great
Benefits for both the staffs and to the higher authorities as they are saying.

Will the concern officer takes necessary steps against that two staffs, kindly

I am a pregnant women.. I am from odiss golarahat village. I wanted to apply for pmmvy in which i should get nutrition food benefit and 6000 rs too but the anganwadi worker is denying for the same.. The lady who works in golarahat panchyat 12 number word anganawadi is not giving the benefits of pmmvy facility. Anganawadi techer not given time to time eggs or other nutrition food. The complaint is about the lady her name is mrs. Meenakshi w/o krishnappa. She is worker of anganwadi with support of shailaja (Anganawadi teacher), she sells the food (Like eggs, dall, rice, oil packets, etc) to all outsider for cattle’s which comes for children.
