The main concern is the anganwadi is the staff is only 2 ladies and they doesn't have any respect towards the people very bad behavior no co operation with the people.
Anganwadi teacher name Shantamma has very misbehaving character doesn't not answer for a answer with good behavior request for the team to take an action and tell her to co operate and be polite with her job and ration also for pregnant women no much ration nothing

I have a complaint in the name of the teacher at the Anganwadi, which is located on the way to BUDHHA NAGAR Near ayesha masjid shimoga
The monthly food protein powder has not yet been given, and it behaves like an animal, It is very disrespectful behavior,

My wife was pregnant and blessed with a baby boy and during pregnancy, the Anganwadi teacher asked me to open a new bank account to get the money (5000 INR) that government provide us after delivery but till now my baby boy become 16 months and we didn't receive a single penny from them and they said that the money was transferred in the account which was closed since 5 years ago in Agra (My wife hometown) and when I confirmed with the bank then the bank said that the amount was received only 2000 INR in that account but that people are not accepting anything and blaming on us

my self gaurav tiwari i am complaint against anganwadi kendra from tulsipura panchayat vill.Rajpur district karauli rajasthan complaint against miss omwati she is worker in anganwadi but she is not a responsable women my child had to be vaccinated for 1 monthes 15 days but she saying that anganwadi worker s do not have vaccine please resolve issue as soon as possible and also she said please gave me your card number than she will update her record please record complaint against her and take strict action against her

I didn't got any single rupee from government for my First time of delivery and from 5 month pregnancy im going to Anganwadi but till now she is not writing my name and my baby name now my baby is 13months baby.

We need to compain about asha workers. They don't even come in our area to fulfill their responsibility. They doesn't check the people who are effected with corona and she doesn't even come here to fill the govt schemes forms and to give ration to needed people's. Kindly help as soon as possible.

In our aganavadi suspect corruption. By baby is 2 and half year old and got the nutrimix only two times. Neither they inform us if the food packet is arrived nor they give when we go! Hearing many complaints about the teacher. When I wanted to register my second pregnancy took least interest, hence I registered in other anganawadi which is in my spouse's place, my friend also did the same. Kindly do the needful so that at least babies get their food

My wife delivered 8months before, anganwadi people near my area taken information to provide govt services. They entered incorrect information in the portal due that we didn't get some of govt amount. We have asked them to correct the data but they didn't do that. They are not giving injunctions on time to child and not providing vitamin syrups also.

Please take appropriate action.

I'm sravani from vitalapuram pathuru, prakasam dist. I felt distressed with the behaviour of anganwadi teacher.she always gives the utmost bad food really. Now I'm a mother for a 4months baby. From the 3rd month of my pregnancy, till now, ...she doesn't give the items in proper time.i think she is giving the items of one or two months before.
You may think how should I know, , because as of now she gave me eggs.not at least one egg is good.all eggs, all flours, milk, jaggery, are spoiled when she gave me.when I asked her about the same thing, she just say I gave those yesterday came.
Her house is near to my house.i always see the vehicle comes and unload the eggs.but she will call me after 20days.even then too, she doesn't give those eggs, , she gives only the previous month items.
Another thing is that she supplies those food to some users and non users at her home.
She sell all the items.many jaggery bundles, eggs were thrown in backyard of her house...please keep on eye her and ask anyone in my village...and please take this complaint as a begging...

Please give us good food because we are too poor.

This is to inform you that our anganwadi teacher from 5th ward, Near venkataramna temple road, sriniavasa nagar, Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam has 110 members to distribute monthly groceries for pregnant Women and for new born children. Literally they are not distributing the full groceries and not talking properly and instead of distributing they are selling the groceries and also asking for money for distribution. We are really disappointed with the service that you are providing. Please look after this issue at the earliest.

Not fair rejected my form b'coz i hv 76.66% merit

I am mr.xxxx living in Ramapuram colony near anakapalle in Visakhapatnam my sister has taking supplies in Anganwadi for pregnancy but they give only less supplies for example they have to give one milk bottle for 4 days that means 6 bottles a month but they are giving 4 bottles only today she give bugs filled peanuts my go and asked but she said if you eat or throw it in garbage and many issues please my sister was disturbed please take a look on it

In our aganavadi suspect corruption many of years. They didn't gave proper amount of food nutrimix packs for babys. Only gave 3 or 4 packs. And nothing to more.
When I was teenage I didn't get any benit the told that I'm over weight ( Age 14.wegit 42-43).and did get anything. After the7 or 8 years happened same things in there. My neighbor above 12 and 13 years old didn't get any benefits. Not only them they gave more food and other benifit only for their relatives and other beloved people's.

My Baby is 1.2 years old. We given all documents for Operation Money then anganwadi person take a time for 6 montha then she informed us that we need all documents of my wife with the name of mine. We again given all documents again she asked us to give bank account number of my wife's account and at behind my name. We submit that document also. Now after 1.2 years she asked us bank account no not taking place in to the system.
So, she asked again we need to open new account in another bank in two day. All this round round process can wars our mind and then after we refused to take money.
So, there is no such information like which banks are authorised for scheme money, which are the documents actually needed
Please help and guide them for the same.

These is just to informed you about the corruption is going on in aganwadi. They are distributing food to their relative and the friends circle irrespective with they are eligible or not. Apart from that the needy person and eligible person still wondering. These aganwadi located in plot no 36, near mother teresa school malwani malad.

The Ankanvadi teacher didn't distribute the food product in our village(Machoor).She is didn't response the people right now and also she does not come to school still now from last 5 months.So please take the corrective action until I will raise the complaints to media.

There process of food distribution to pregnant women seems suspecting. 20 or 25 eggs per month. 7 milk packets/month out of which most of the packets spoiled, less quantity of low quality rice and pulses etc

When we ask them about manual of food supply and right to information about food distribution they start shouting and saying nobody ask these questions before and detering us by saying as you are living in a rented house we will cancel your registration. And they admit that this welfare scheme is only for those who is having his own house in this locality. Also behaviour with the people is worst and uneducated.

Every pregnent woman has a right to know the supply of food items as per government guidelines. Hiding this information is against the law.

I would request you to inspect this anganwadi and kindly look in to this issue seriously for public interest and in order to demolish corruption from its root. So that every respectable citizen can benefit government schemes without hesitation.

Our anganvadi is in Hyderabad.But we r came to warangal the purpose of Corona.And iam came regular the purpose of iam a Student coming for exams and some other reasons.my anganvadi teacher was taken our ration the name by me but iam not signed in registar .Like this type is more times they are signed like me and taken my ration... and today they taken my products THR Raj nagar [protected]

My daughter is 14 months old now, inspite of submitting the documents on time, still now didnt avail the pregnancy nor postnatal benefit of rs 5000/.
If i raise the question relating to that, they say it's due date as expired and cannot proceed the documents further.
My request is to know the exact reason for not issuing the amount eventhough submitting the forms on time.

In this covid crisis instead of taking extra precautions, the staff at anganwadi, nathayyapalem visakhapatnam are very casual in discharging their duties. They have not opened the centre till 10.30 am making people wait outside and leaving social distancing to air. People with their month babies waiting for vaccination outside the centre. It is really a pity situation and a matter of concern. Kindly take a stern action against the staff which should be an eye opener to others.

I stay in nayandanahalli, it's been 1 n half years since i'm taking ration from the anganwadi near my home for my kid. But the madam is not giving proper ration as she is supposed to give.. This is not an issue only for me but every single parent is facing this issue. Starting from milk powder 100 gram but in other aganwadis they are giving 1 kg milk powder. Please check and revert back.

We are not receiving the food which was supplying by the government for children's, pregnancy women and lactating womens. The anganvadi lady selling all government supplied food for her own benefits and distributing less to us..
Government should seriously take an action and get the problem solved immeditely.
