And my baby daily going to anganwadi but teacher daily comes in 9.40 a. M and return she close the anganwadi in 2.30p. M.. And she not teach anything to all babies.. Please improve teacher timing schedule and performance.
Please sir take immediate action.. Please check food also

I am sonali and my complaint is about the anganwadi staff's behavior. They are not behaving well and politely with consumers and also they not providing food which are given by government for us. They are giving many reasons for not providing food.

V. Kottaiur anganwadil worker same village. So not properly give to egg and saththu mavu. Every month all sales to people. People buy give to goat and cow. This anganwadi child also very low strength. Baby birth come to home resisted. After any one never give. Only counting. All collect then sale. Some officers come to checking that time all child send home arrange it. Please change the anganwadi worker. Immidiatly. Thank you.

I am maternity mom.
My complaint is hyderabad gurumurthy nagar colony, idpl.
Here anganwadi workers teacher and helper wasn't doing good they didn't give consumers things what govt provide for them like eggs what ever.
Every month they are told we aren't received from govt so we are unable to give you. Is it right or wrong but they told me this cause. They give me eggs only every three months. So pls rectify this.

I am Pratiksha Satish Chaudhar.I was getting Anganwadi Govt. Food till apr'18 due to some personal reason I couldn't go for few month to collect food...now when I went she told me that my Survey has been deleted.again asking for unnecessary documents and not coordinating properly.She is asking to come again and again as she has busy scheduled.
Also I asked her for her Supervisor contact no, she refused to give the same.
Also I have checked on the register that these womens are writting in Pencils instead of Pen. So that they can easily rub the names whenever they want. There is no transparency for this process. No complain board shown anywhere.
Not getting proper help from anyone.

I think your team is doing well towords child welfare, but what you are providing is not reaching to consumers, only 20% of what you are giving reaching us. So kindly i request you to take necessary action towords top level of employees, so that subordinate work properly and one more thing i noticed here is there is no respect for subordinate.
I feel like everyone shoud get the respect irrespective of the position of employees

Hi, my wife gulafsha meer is 9 months pregnant and doctor suggested bed rest till safe delivery while such complications she has having bleeding pain etc. So she has continued admited in govt hospital, in that case anganwadi teacher refused to given mid-day meals she told me they have no rights to given it, no one asked them what to do. I hope you will do the needful

My name is leela. I'm pregnant and currently in end of second trimester. I have registered for "amma vodi" scheme at my near by anganwadi. Since three months they are not providing eggs and they are providing expiry date milk for pregnant womens. If we insisit them to provide fresh milk they are answering very rudely. Please take necessary action on this anganwadi.

I read that some of the anganwadi problems are solved by you and with hope, i'm bringing this issue to your notice.

In this, i'm going to inform about the fraud that is doing by the anganwadi aaya from many years. Her name is g. Vani.

Almost 5 years ago, there was no teacher working at this center. During that time period, the aaya played a major role in selling the eggs, oil packets, rice bags to the outsiders and earned a lot of black money. By this way she got interest in earning black money.

From last 2 years onwards, a new teacher was appointed to that centre. She was irresponsible as aaya.

This center was present within the mpup school compound. The aaya transfers eggs, rice in gunny bags, oil packets, pulses to her sisters house that is present back side of school and from there she sells the government food supplies and earns money.

With the help of some school students of mpup, she sends eggs, oil packets, balamrutham packets, flour packets with students by giving boiled eggs, balamrutham packets to students and collects money later.

The aaya gives raw milk to pregnant women instead of boiled milk. She doesn't wore school uniform. Whenever she gets information that there is a sudden checking/inspection, then she tyes the uniform around the already existing saree.

During night times, in the absence of teacher, the aaya opens the school and transfers the government food supplies such as milk packets, eggs, rice, flours, dry dates etc., to her sisters house.

If she get information that one person is going to give a complaint against on her, immediately she sends eggs, milk packets, oil packets to the person's home for free of cost by making the person not to give complaint about/on her fraud.

The aaya is unhygienic. She doesn't maintain cleanliness around the washing area and surrounding of school. She cooks large amount of food. After feeding the anganwadi children, during washing the utensils, she threw some food near washing area, some food near & outside the compound wall and some food in drainage which becomes obstruction to water flow, as a result water becomes stagnant and further it results in attraction of flies, mosquitoes etc.,

Some people of our village had given a complaint against her at village and panchayat level. Though she was warned not to do such fraud by our panchayat e. O, still she is continuing that fraud.

As a citizen of india, i'm giving complaint against on anganwadi aaya. I'm requesting you to take proper and severe action in such a way that the aaya should do her duty perfectly and the government food supplies such as rice, milk, chickpeas, balamrutham, eggs, pulses, oil etc., should reach and fill the stomach of the anganwadi children, pregnant women, delivery mothers etc., and make them healthy.

Respected sir madam this is i am bringing this issue to your notice about the she is doing she is doing fraud by selling the goods sorry by selling the food products that are given by the government to outsiders in order to earn black money black money from 4 year at least from before 4 years about 4 year ago 44 years ago there was no teacher in that centre at the time the anganbadi used to play a major role in selling eggs oilsrice

Not received amount 6000 for girl baby. I hv submitted all required documents. The anganwadi worker is telling it's been sanctioned from past 4 months however i hv not received the money yet.
A narayanapura anganwadi worker name (Kousalya). The worker is not responding correctly when enquired about the money. She just tells that it's been sanctioned u will receive it later. Am not sure how long it would take for the gov to deposit the money on particular account after sanctioning process is completed. Not sure where to check or complaint on this issue.

Anganwadi timing is 9 am -11 am only, teacher never seen teaching kids. Kids study by themselves. 10-12 kids come everyday very much less than record, whenever there is checking the teacher gets the information in advance & they will manage to get 90% of kids for checking. Few kids never visit anganwadi but their eggs used to sent by the cook to their house. No hand wash, no eating plates (Kids carry their own plate from home), no cleaning in village, etc nothing done even thuogh there is privision for this in anganwadi & funds come from the govt. Please look into it... This is happening since very 1st day the anganwadi started (5-6 years before).

Kiran panwar, worker of anganwadi in sainik colony balawala. Not available many more times in centre. She is not providing any correct information about gov. Plans or subsidieries for pregnant ladies regarding ration also.
When i asked about ration she said its allow from feb 2020 bt delivery date is in march. So its right or wrong.
Her behaviour is so rude. Worst way of talking.
Government launch these programmes for ladies bt these type of worker not supporting.
Asha and other related persons also complainting against her.
So take some action plz.

Treating parents like a beggar to buy a food monthly her name is jothi, totally irresponsible person. Need to warn her from upper side

This complaint is for aangwari situated in puri konark anasara and supervisor name is rashmi mayee parida. They treat public so badly and not doing their work. She did not come regularly and timely. She selling food and many things for her personal use supplied by government for children & pregnant ladies. She is working since many years &make big properties with fraud. She has also store food and other things in her house supplied by government. Only she is giving eggs monthly. Request you to please take action against her as soon as possible.

The anganwadi teacher of ward 3 in kumbalam gramapanchayath do corruptions. She doesn't give the foods to pregnant ladies properly. Sometimes she calls us and when we go there she shows more than one place to sign. And when we ask about the food supply she tells we collected food items in all months. Hi, i am a mother having 6 month old baby.i already submitted all documents regarding pmmvy scheme on time.documents were submitted to charukkadu, (chemmakkadu, kollam) anganavadi worker(sunitha) . When i asked about the scheme further details to her .she always replied that" pmmvy scheme benefit amount rs 6000 will be credited to your bank account soon".now she said that my all document lost from her.what will be i do to irresponsibility of anganavadi worker?please need a help?

I stay in lower parel, vishva kamal agnwadi branch teacher behaviour is arrogant. Both teacher shooting on ladies. They come to my house & shooting on ladies everyday. We clearly told them to not possible to come everyday to anganwadi because i have to drop my girls to school at that time. They are come to my house & shooted on me. Using bad wards. Please take the necssary action on both the ladies teacher. Requested to you take action against them.

There is wrong selection of meena purty as anganwadi worker. Her husband is in government service. She also not living in village. Other eligible and needful candidate were apply for this job. We are requested to please recheck the candidates profile and select a right person for this post.

Im nikhita reddy would like to complain on the anganwadi worker shanti. Its is the anganwadi located in visakhapatnam - kanaka durga hospital down. Venkatesh nagar vizag. The teacher is very rude. She never give proper eggs neither milk inspite of going regularly. She keeps dummy signs and sell those eggs and stuff out side. Whatever eggs we receive never good spoiled milk and eggs.
She give some false calculations and sendus back without giving eggs and milk sometimes and the sign she keeps as if we took it but we dont. The incharge should take necessary action. Sometimes if there is any sudden checks and meeting with concerned heads with all the ladies who is availing the services of anganwadi we can give the feedback.

This is to bring your kind attention that myself ramesh kumar parhi, brother of late kabita padhi, would like inform you that my sister had been working as an anganwadi worker in mini anganwadi center, masuapal under the icds project, tihidi, bhadrak, since 2011. However, my sister was expecting her first baby after her marriage and during her pregnancy, she was under complete medication due to frequent loose motions and other gyning issues. Due to complicated pregnancy issue, she applied for maternity leaves on march 13, 2018 for six months maternity leaves from march 13, 2018 through september 2018. The child was born on april 22, 2018, however, she still had gyning problems and continued. Later on, it was confirmed that she was suffering from rectal cancer. I admitted her in aiims, delhi and then in manipal hospital, delhi. She was under medication, operations, radiations and chemo therapy. Therefore, she was unable to walk and could not be able to join. She became cured little bit and returned to hometown in january 2019 and joined in her duty. After someday, she experienced pain in her body and got admitted further in a private hospital in bbsr. Due to severer conditions, she got admitted in manipal hospital as well as aiims, delhi. During that time, due to lake of financial situations, she applied for maternity payment from march 2018 through september 2018 and followed up with supervisor, cdpo, however, nobody did not take any action regarding this matter and did not pay her salary. Finally, she died on may 1, 2019, in aiims, delhi. This is very sorrow that nobody did not come to us neither supervisor nor associated officials to know about death and asked about her maternity pay. On the other contrary, they threatened to take resignation and to provide appointment to other person. We even asked to village sarapanch many times, he even did not take any action for that. Therefore, i kindly request you to look into this matter to take immediate action for those concern officials for this negligence, so that, we would be grateful to you. Regards

Government provides 6000 rs amount to pregnant women through angan wadi. Anjani nagar indore anganwadi branch workers takes extra money to fill the form for pregnant women. They told that extra amount is necessary and according to them its compulsory to give extra money for anganwadi develooment. If we give them extra money then only they will fill the form for pregnant women. This is corruption. Action should be taken against anjani nagar indore branch anganwadi workers, so that they will not take extra money.

I am a pregnant woman of 6months.in 2nd month i met the teacher of anganwadi for name registration. Her behavior was gentle. But from that day she always cheating me. When i call for information she always avoid me. Always says me when officer will come to school i will call u. After 3 months i went with my mother in law, a madam was there, and to questioned me why i have not registered yet. Then the anganwadi teacher made a fraud story in front of her. After that she gave 10 eggs in next week. Then she doesn't want to give any benefit s. Even as on date i have not received my registration number.
